The NWE crew did and excellent and timely job in installing my new front door. I'm a repeat customer (siding and windows) and, as in the first job, they didn't disappoint.

The install team of Clint and Chris were friendly and courteous, but the lack of attention to detail (some windows not leveled or centered left-to-right, top-to-bottom) was a disappointment to me. My daughter used Brothers Home Improvement to replace her windows, and the window frame reveals inside the house were even on every window that was replaced. This was a basic expectation of mine.

Windows are always a big expense, so I researched heavily before choosing Northwest. Their product, knowledge, and install were exactly what I was looking for to replace my 80s aluminum windows. Almost immediately, the temperature and humidity indoors was more constant, and the look updated the house. The Sacramento county inspector complemented the install, and to me that said it all (they see all sorts of installs). Thank you Northwest!

We love the windows. We were a little upset with the dirty footprints in our tub in main bathroom. I had been raining prior to installation so could have thrown something inside tub. Also living room slider handle had a major nick on top. Could gave told us.
