I have already told people if they get in a situation that I would recommend them because of how much damage they prevented by their quick response and how they handled things. I would hire them again. It was especially critical to me because it happened on a Friday and I was going on vacation for a week. I left them a lock box key and felt no qualms.

Overall Quality Of Alacrity Program - I was actually surprised I got a letter of quality assurance from them. I was quite thrilled because I never had that before. It was nice that I got a guarantee it was done correctly.

Area For Improvement - I really can't think of any where they fell short. When I had a concern, they had someone out there immediately after my call to check for water damage. That made me very happy.

Area Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the timeliness of their response, their trustworthiness to do what they said they were going to do, and how they took the time and patience to help me figure out was going on and what steps to take next. I called Allstate at 12:30 and Nivek Services was out here in about two hours. They are on the other side of town about that far away, so that was great.
