Well I didn't think the quality of work done was worth the amount I paid the drywall they put up was thinner than what I had up so there was a noticeable difference. The door on the right side of the sink base was not the same height as the matching door when they were done my toilet didn't fill right, they tried to say it was fine so I ended up just asking them to leave and fixed it myself.

They left the pipes under the house exposed. The installers opened the area by removing the vaper barrier and insulation and did not put it back. It cost me $500 to have it repaired. If left open, the pipes would freeze and the damage would have been very significant.

My wife and I feel $13K was expensive for a ready-to fit shower unit.

Your professional so-called professional work people like your project manager never even bother calling me back and then the guy who did the job could barely speak English and he didn't know how to repair my ceiling with popcorn texture

Yes I was pleased with the results of the results of the remodel, however the closet wasn't completed (which I was made aware of prior to the beginning of the project), so I am still looking for a carpenter to finish the project! Would have preferred working with a company that did a COMPLETE remodel!

Workers were polite and on task finished in one day shower is amazing and my wife loves it. Helps her mobility issues easy in and out no tub to climb over and i enjoy it to.

Gabs in caulking around the window, areas open for water to get behind the walls. They used clear caulking rather than white leaving a view between the walls.

Everyone did an excellent job. I think it was expensive,but it's probably what everyone charges. I didn't shop around because I was very happy with the presentation & the company is highly rated. I'm very happy with the job!

Aside from the “timeshare” tactics … our consultant was warm, friendly and very informative. It’s just the “you can’t say ‘no’ to me.”
I can’t give you this deal once I leave. Now, it may not be exactly what she said, but it is definitely what I heard. ( Years ago we got trapped into a timeshare and were finally able to get out of it for almost what we paid for it ….) Over the years we had to go back “just to sign some papers”and it turned out they wanted more money from us. My husband lost it on them….Any way, that kind of sales pitch makes my skin crawl.
Then we get a call from Long Home giving us a price much closer to what we had discussed with our plumber. So why not be above board and give your lowest price during the nice demonstration?

Post project completion follow-up was non-existent.

From the Sales Rep to the Installers, everything was smooth. Communication throughout the process was excellent

The return calls were not very quick to come back to us. It also seemed like our contract wasn't shared or on file because we kept getting calls from others that wanted to provide quotes when we already had one

Would've liked to see a break down (itemized list) of the cost of items in the estimate and cost of different finishes so I could make a better informed decision without feeling rushed.

It took much longer than we were told it would. We were told 6-12 weeks…actually took 17weeks. They started the project at 9:30 in the morning and didn’t finish until 12:20AM the next day! We had jobs to go the next day! Then…the right side of our shower is missing the finishing edge and looks sloppy. Was told it would take another 5 weeks before that would be finished.

The bathroom job was suppose to be done in October of 2024. No one contacted me to let me know the floor was on backorder. I paid 1/3 of the cost. They were unable to do the job. I got a call from Katie back in 2025 to set up the remodel date of May 5, 2025.
The total cost of $18,000 for a very small bathroom(10x6) was too much money. The tub was replaced and put waterproof tile board around the tub area and a new showerhead, grab bar and faucet and a few other fixtures for the tub. The toilet was replaced and the floor.
I had to replace the exhaust fan, bathroom light, vanity (paid another $300.00) to install and put the faucet in. All the plumbing was done already. Replacing what was already there.
The job was completed in 1 day.
I was not satisfied with this remodel project or the price I had to pay.
I was contacted by the contractor but not Long Bathroom. I called the finance company to find out the payment terms of the contract.

Be more transparent with your prices; show the customer what they are paying for itemized. Stop lying..
