Installation went very well. Installers were polite, efficient, new what they were doing

Professional, efficient, on-time, project completed in one day with total clean up when done.

It took much longer than we were told it would. We were told 6-12 weeks…actually took 17weeks. They started the project at 9:30 in the morning and didn’t finish until 12:20AM the next day! We had jobs to go the next day! Then…the right side of our shower is missing the finishing edge and looks sloppy. Was told it would take another 5 weeks before that would be finished.

Everyone one was very professional and helpful throughout the process.

Shower doors were left with fingerprints and left shower door rolled back two inches.

The bathroom job was suppose to be done in October of 2024. No one contacted me to let me know the floor was on backorder. I paid 1/3 of the cost. They were unable to do the job. I got a call from Katie back in 2025 to set up the remodel date of May 5, 2025.
The total cost of $18,000 for a very small bathroom(10x6) was too much money. The tub was replaced and put waterproof tile board around the tub area and a new showerhead, grab bar and faucet and a few other fixtures for the tub. The toilet was replaced and the floor.
I had to replace the exhaust fan, bathroom light, vanity (paid another $300.00) to install and put the faucet in. All the plumbing was done already. Replacing what was already there.
The job was completed in 1 day.
I was not satisfied with this remodel project or the price I had to pay.
I was contacted by the contractor but not Long Bathroom. I called the finance company to find out the payment terms of the contract.

To expensive, friends and family would think we were crazy in spending that much on a shower

We are very happy with our new shower . The gentleman who did the install were very nice , even playing with my new puppy. They cleaned up after the install . It looked great

Be more transparent with your prices; show the customer what they are paying for itemized. Stop lying..

Everyone has been amazed by the finished product.
