The storm door was well done, but weatherstrip for the interior door was not.
The signed contract had stated all 3 sides were to be done, but only 2 sides were done until I told Sam that he was supposed to do “All 3 sides” as in the contract. I should have been notified if the company decided to do something different than listed in the contract.
I was told by Kim that Ron was a salesman, and did not know enough about weatherstripping to have written “All 3 sides” in the contract.
Sam installed what his job order required him to do, but it was obvious that the right side of the door had the wrong type of weatherstripping because sunlight and cold air was coming through. However, he said he was done and left it as is.
That forced me to call your company, to request that someone else to come out just to look at it….I asked Kim to send someone different,because I wanted “new eyes” that would see the problem.
I thought I would get a friendly “Thank you for letting us know…we will check it out”, but instead I got confrontation that seemed to be trying to discourage me, as she focused repeatedly on the fact that the weatherstrip job was on a door that was in the house when I bought it.

They have done a ton of work here. We have used them for twenty-five years since we have been here. They have done our windows, siding, doors, and everything they could do and you could think of.

The service was good from the salesperson down to the installation. They did a really good job.

I would love to give Next Door & Window 5 stars but only after the installation work was redone. Unfortunately the first installation was atrocious. This is proven and agreed to as seen in pictures taken by Next Door itself. The 2nd team who removed the framing created by the first gentleman created a final product that is beautiful and as expected when purchased. The number of hours, anxiety, and days expended by this home owner unfortunately lost a star in this review although it could have been more if the awful first installation couldn't be corrected as well as it was.

Great quality. Delivery and installation when promised. Salesperson Gary has extensive knowledge and is a good liaison between the customer and the installation crew. Definitely recommend.

My third project with Next Door &Window was just completed with excellence. Every person involved cared about my project ( replacement windows) and kept me well informed. The installation crew was professional and were ready and able to make unexpected repairs needed when the old windows came out and revealed rot in the house frame.

They are easy to communicate with, very transparent with prices, and always on time with estimates and results.

Our Salesperson did everything as promised, and our construction crew put a lot of time and care into cleanliness, detail, and making sure I always knew what they were doing. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Installation Quality - The installer was very thoughtful; trying to restrict the mess when removing the old door and removed the debris afterwards. He even reinstalled my doorbell and security system door button. He was meticulous. It was perfect when he left.

From beginning to end, I felt the company had pride and integrity. There are no gimmicks. You can be assured of a quality product and employees who are knowledgeable and proud of their company.

We appreciate the attention to detail and prompt response to any adjustments you want made. They leave your home as they found it. Windows match paint of our trim which makes the windows fit into the decor. Windows are beautiful!
