It all started 15 years ago with our President, a young aspiring HVAC technician, who wanted to make an impact in the industry. Our salesperson seemed to be very knowledgeable and honorable. I felt comfortable with him, so that is why we went with One Water Systems. It seems to be a very good product and it is important to be able to work with someone you feel at ease with.

Helped me a lot. Clear plan on how to complete the bathroom from floor plan to items to purchase. One issue was the vanity countertop recommended. It is a small vanity and the Cambria marble recommended only came in full slabs and was very expensive when I only needed less than half of a slab.... more
