New West did a masterful job of managing the build. They were on time and on budget. This was pretty remarkable for the high quality build that we were working on. They have excellent relationships with subs and with the engineers and architects.

Quality Of Workmanship - They have very high expectations for their own work and their subs. The work they did was exemplary.

Schedule

Schedule - The only delay we had was about 4 weeks and was due to an error by the architect. NWBC relationships with both the city and the county result in a very smooth process.

Communication

Communication - They were available day and night and made excellent use of the Procore system.

Recognized Excellence - Brad Boyer, Elliott Armington, Paul Vik, and Brad Endrizal. Elliott saved our budget so many times with his outstanding suggestions. Brad B was always available and on top of everything. Paul and Brad E were always pleasant and efficient.
