This is the second walk in shower that I have purchased in three years. Everyone I have dealt with has been helpful, friendly, and service orientated.
The only reason I gave you a nine out of 10 is because most people I know cannot afford it.

I liked that the whole process as so easy. In one visit I was signed up. in about a month the tub was installed in 5 hours. That was it.

Your presentation was great and so was the installation. Everyone was professional and great at what they do. The only thing is it is so expensive to do this and It will take forever to pay for it. Otherwise I love my new bathroom

How quickly you respond to request for visit and how rapidly the job was done. Every person we had contact with from Nicole who called to set up appt in beginning to Michael who brought his suitcase and explained everything to me to Antoine who came and double-checked measurements to Patrick who did the work were all so friendly, welcoming, honest and precise and LISTENED to what I wanted when all others told me I couldn’t have it done that way!! Patrick did an amazing job and left not a speck of dust to show anyone had been there - he came right when he said he would and worked with the delay when we ran into structural damage that we had to fix first before completion. You can certainly tell this company sets high ideals and adheres to them in every phase.

I had an excellent experience with MaxHome. They installed a new walk-in shower for me. The product and quality are very good. The young man who installed the product, Matt, worked for 12 hours and didn't leave until the job was completed to my satisfaction. The final product was even better than I had expected. Product and installation was amazing. We are very pleased.

Tom was very professional and extremely polite. Neat as a stitch, he explained everything he was doing as he began each process. I am extremely grateful that Antoine was able to work us in after realizing that that they were short with installers. Antoine informed us promptly of the shortage and offered a reschedule for the same week. Then he immediately called again to inform me of a canceled service and offered me the available installer, who was Tom. As it it was the day before the snow storm, we appreciated not having to take off any additional time from work. Our old cast iron tub and vinyl tub surround were removed and the new shower installed between 9am and 2:30 pm. We're thrilled with the result!!!. Our home is over 50 years old and we weren't sure how it would turn out with the old plumbing. But Tom did a superb job!

Materials are very nice, I just had higher expectations for the total renovation experience. The shower does not ensure water will stay off the other floor area. Also, we should, maybe, have opted for a bench (place to dry my feet), but that would have made it even more cramped than it already is

Just upset about what was installed. My husband is 6’4” and takes showers, and we were to have gotten the pole for the extended shower attached with a hand held shower head as well, and the glass enclosure.
Now that I’m trying to get ahold of them since Monday (2 calls to the sales rep, and a text, then 1 call to the finance mgr) today is Thursday and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. Very disappointed!!!

My installation process was stalled because I main shut off valve leaked and had to be replaced. Once that was accomplished, my installer returned and completed the job. MaxHome and the installer worked with me to schedule and reschedule the installation around the inconvenience of having to have my main shut off valve replaced. They made the process as smooth and convenient as possible. I really appreciate that. It made the experience a success.
