I would like to recommend MaxHome for your window replacements. Very professional service.

The day after I answered an email advertisement, I received a telephone call from a knowledgeable woman from MaxHome explaining that she was calling in reference to my email request. She got some basic requirements and arranged a date for an actual salesman to visit. That salesman was Keels. He was as knowledgeable and prepared for this visit as any salesman that I have ever met. Our desire was to replace the two existing fifty-year old bathtub/shower combinations with two modern showers. In great detail, Keels took us through what was available that might meet our requirements. We then spent two hours narrowing that down and arriving at what we desired in replacement showers. The final item was arranging financing for which Keels was thoroughly prepared.

After the financing was secured, the office arranged a date for the actual installation of the two showers. We were told that two installers would arrive at 8:30 a.m.. They arrived at 8:29 by my watch. Their names are James and James and each one did a shower. They first remeasured each shower location, then put down drop cloths through the parts of the house in which they would be working. After they removed the old bath tub/showers, they then got the floor and walls ready for the new showers. Because the house sits on a concrete slab, getting the floor ready in the master bath took a lot of work that required the use of a large mal. The installation of the new showers then began and proceeded without any problems that I was aware of. The post installation clean-up was excellent. They then had us inspect each shower and answered the few questions that we had. They worked without a break and departed at about 4:00 p.m.

James and James, the two installers, are absolutely the top-of-the-line. They were very respectful, well spoken, very knowledgeable and very professional. It would be wonderful if all home repair men were just half as good as these two men.

The follow-up questions from the office occurred the next morning. We could only report that we were completely happy with our beautiful, new showers with their safety features that were missing in the old showers. As a couple of weeks have passed, I can report that these two showers are two of the best purchases that we have made in 60 years of marriage. Thank you MaxHome.
