I love my new bathroom and have shown it to many friends and family, who all agree that the transition is amazing. But they all comment on the cost being prohibitive for them. I have told them how quickly the company has responded regarding the warranty. My personal experience with issues with a previous job several years ago, I found the company to be true to their lifetime warranty. So personally I know that the cost is significant but the company does do quality work and when there’s an issue they address it quickly and professionally, no matter how long ago the work was originally done.

Installers DID NOT pull the wires through for my security system as stated in the contract. We were unable to arm our system for almost two weeks until I was able to get our security system technician to come out and disconnect those windows from our system.
