Safe - Project was a little complicated because we needed to have access to the house and they were four separate entrances. Nature view exteriors were so accommodating and watched out for our safety as we came in and out of the house.

Communication - This project included a separate subcontractor, who redid some cement exterior steps for us. That part was very weather driven, and the communication about when the crew would be on site, especially with rain coming and going was clear and timely.

Quality Of Materials - Getting new exterior steps was part one of the two-part project where vinyl siding was also installed on the property. And Nature View Exteriors really hit the nail on the head in matching the appointments for the steps with our color choice for the rest of the house.

Quality Of Workmanship - Our steps were in horrible condition, and quite dangerous actually. The beautiful workmanship, finish and attention to detail was top drop drawer and just completely transformed the outside of our house.

Lead Source - A friend of mine from church knows him and his company. Also, kudos to Chuck because they were the first company where someone answered, took my message, and Chuck himself called me back almost the same day. He kept me updated the whole time about the supply issues since the spring. All other companies wouldn't call me back, but he did. He was the only person of this type that had called me back to tell me if it was doable and whether he had supplies and labor.
