The project manager seemed very disinterested in the work needing to be done on my home. They would send a team one day a week. The crew would work half of the day and I would have to call them to ask when someone would return to my home. I felt like I became the project manager.

They exceeded my expectations with their customer service and quality of workers they used. Their workers were very skilled.

They were outstanding! They are very professional and easy to work with!

They were amazing. They were here when they said they would be. If there were any issues, they would call. Everyone I dealt with was great at keeping me informed. Some places don't even call you.

They did everything so nice. They were neat. I had them come back to touch up some paint.I could see that they varnished some wood and I could see that some of the paint did not cover up all the areas.So the man came back and touched it up and it was perfect. I was very satisfied with the work. I have skylights that leak. They had to replace the lights and I had to pay $400. They went ahead and put all new wood in, stained it , and varnished it. When it was up I noticed a few areas that didn't have stain on it . So I called them. Paul came back, got up on the ladder and touched it up . Now it looks great.

All of the workers were great. They had good contact and they kept us posted all the time. They provided excellent service.

Area Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the whole experience. From the beginning to the end I got the impression that people cared. It turned out that it was black mold instead of water and so it costed a lot more and it was handled in a very professional way.

I could not have been more pleased with the service.

They treat you as if you are one of many and fit you in whenever they can. There is no personal attention. You are treated like one in one hundred. You are at their mercy.

Two things stand out about National Fire & Water Repair. 1) They did not say what I wanted to hear. The appraised my situation and gave me a realistic timeframe to resolve my issue.2) They never lost sight that this is my home. Their highest priority is my satisfaction. Their honesty, flexibility, and cooperation makes it easy to recommend them to anyone in need.

Never! Not one should use this company. It is awful. They don't know what they are doing. Took them 4 tries to install my door and even then they forgot the doorknob!

The guys at National Fire and Water Repair were so kind and understanding. They explained every step of the process when they came out to take care of the water in our lower level. They all were patient and answered my curious daughter's questions. David was especially kind and he did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets after they were reinstalled!

The guys were very nice and I appreciated that. They helped me a lot. They got my walker and got the wreaths out for the church. They were the nicest group of guys I have been around in a long time.

Since they left I have never gotten a reason as to why I have not been reimbursed for $1300. I know AllState paid them.
