We did not get a lot of our items back, especially a sentimental baby hat that was part of our youngest sons coming one outfit. We also received several of other people’s items from months earlier, so I know that there is no possible way that their organization can keep track of everything. Also not happy with the rugs they cleaned, I was told they were poses down with a wool cleaner. Not even shampooed?! Should this unfortunate event ever occur again, I will definitely use someone local. I wasn’t given a choice by my Insurance adjuster.

I would not recommend Textile Restorations because initially, the time to expedite our things were not properly explained to us.. it simply took too long to get our things back; also the first Textile employee responding to our home was messy and left incomplete paperwork. He literally came into our home and started grabbing and bagging everything in site!!

I liked that fact that I did not have to go through and pack up all of my families belongings. They were very prompt about coming and picking everything up and taking it to get cleaned, also storing the items after cleaning.Textile Restorations damaged a lot of my clothes. I received items back that were damaged, faded, shrunk, or not mine. I contacted them about the shrunk items and it took about three months for them to deem the items unsalvageable. At this point that was not communicated with my insurance provider that I had items that were not able to be cleaned. I am now having to go back and forth with the insurance company and I don't know what the outcome of this situation is going to be. The communication could have been a lot better.
