The work was excellent.

It took approximately 381 days to finish this 8 window project. This was an excessive amount of time for me to be calling and reporting problems, arranging for installers, painters, etc.. I would recommend NOT using Morgan Exteriors, Inc.

I need a few things fixed on windows and have been calling for over a month. I sent pictires of what need sto be fixed and to this day I have had no response. I spent $40000.00 on windows and cannot even get a response to rectify a problem. POOR customer service

It was a good experience working with Morgan Exteriors. They cleaned up well. I had no problems, and I would highly recommend them.

The project took forever. I had to keep calling numerous times to get it done. I picked up 2 bags of screws. Got one flat tire on my lawn mower. They broke 2 blinds that I had to replace. Etc. Would not replace the front door.

People were responsive to our needs in scheduling appointments.

They always keep their promises, and any problems that came up were properly addressed to be fixed.

Everything we discussed before the job start was carried out completely.

The windows are great. The men doing the job not so much.

Start to finish took 11 months people not showing up on the days they were supposed to come the wrong people came that were supposed to do another kind of work I could go on and on the worst service I've ever had in my 68 years with empty promises throughout

several delays caused by multiple broken windows being sent / installed. Initial windows were improperly installed to begin with and the county inspector rejected approval. Contractors we hired to complete the window trim had to be rescheduled and cost us over $1,000. The whole project was a disaster. Installers failed to clean up after they were finished working. Trim around the windows needed replacing and we have yet to have this completed.

What had been a cordial and pleasant relationship is souring. While siding the house your painters damaged my "new" metal roof.We've been back and forth a couple of times the last being a couple of months ago. I think it's time for other people/entities to get involved.

Morgan Exteriors, Inc. is a professional, reliable company that I would recommend to anyone needing siding on their house.

They did an outstanding job on all the work that they did on my house. They did siding, soffit, and fascia. It was all top quality. I am grateful for what they did and I would recommend them to anyone that needs Hardie Board siding.

Morgan Exteriors did a fantastic job on our house. They were timely, friendly and did the job right the first time. Would definitely recommend.

On the window installation, the job wasn't done too well. A lot of things were messed up with the window installation, but the siding project came out really nice.

First contractors had to come back & fix issues with vertical planks not spaced evenly. The painters left one part of the house unpainted. The put the white paint on, but didn't paint the one triangle/peak of house the beige color that the rest of the house is painted.

I cannot because it is a mixed bag of uncertainty and inconsistency but please see my last response below

They fulfilled every aspect of the sales contract and fulfilled their promises. Morgan Exteriors is a great company. I wish I had more work to hire them to do.
