Everyone was helpful, pleasant and professional

Although our shower was flawlessly installed it was smaller than we discussed with the sales person. We were very unhappy, but we settled for an amazing glass shower door to be provided at no cost. We love our new shower, despite it not being larger than it’s original.

Communication sucked, I was never once contacted about my windows. I had to call 3 times and inquire about them and set up my own install appointment.

EVERYTHING from start to finish!!!!

Was really pleased

I have had nothing but good experiences. I've used them twice for new windows in my manufactured home. I'm more then likely going to used them Again in the future for a bathroom remodel.

I liked the person (Alexander) That did the job. He was a character.

The start date was fairly quick. Itwas finished in one day.

We were lied to big time and why I paid the bill I will never know. I am going to get in touch with Mpls star and Tribune and write a note about our experience with your company. Our sale rep told us our new shower would be 2 inches bigger than our old one and it turned out to be 2 inches smaller. We already had a small shower and now we have a smaller one. It is very nice but would not have taken it if he would have told us the truth. Should not have paid the bill.

I have shown my bathroom off a few times and have told them who I had install, Mad City.

The job was not quite complete. There are a couple of edges that are still raw and I’ll need to find some sort of product to finish them off.

The installation went smoothly, the installer was excellent and thorough, and the company checked in frequently to make sure we were pleased with everything.

It’s not seamless, looks like it’s the wrong size, the drain wasn’t connected, the window, now is scheduled for the third time, So much for one day install, when I asked to change from chrome to gold, I was told a change would cost $1500.00. And now I have a funny looking ceiling.

Everything was done professionally as well as efficiently. Mad City personnel are knowledgeable and treat you with respect.

The building and plumbing men were prompt and professional. Unfortunately, the grab bar in the walk-in was placed on the wrong side - another was installed, and I decided it was fine. The curved rod for my hall bath was placed so the door banged into it - it really should have been placed about 3 inches higher to avoid the door engaging the rod. The curved rod was replaced by a straight one. I did not want the holes for the road 'plugged' as I thought it would look messy - not a look I would want after spending $34,000 for both units. So no, I did not receive what I ordered so Mad City thought it would be in their best interest to offer me a $100 gift card to placate me. Not sure what Mad City saved to not replace three side walls - a bit more than $100 bucks, I am sure. I give the rating an eight as the baths are beautiful - the walk in is suburb. $100 is downright cheap on your part and I believe you should reconsider.

From start to finish we were impressed with how easy the process was and how professional everyone was. We were impressed with how quickly you responded within a few minutes to us filling out an online request to coming out 2 days later to show us the product. We were impressed that a field manager came out both days of installation to check on things. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely recommend Mad City to friends and family

I do recommend, I would just cation them on the pressure to sign immediately.

Alex arrived at 7:59 am and gave us a quick "run down" of what was going to take place. He immediately began work and didn't stop all day. He had us come into the bathroom to inquire about shelf heights and a couple of other simple items. We were able to ask him questions to clarify our simple questions. He was professional as well as very friendly.

I was impressed with the presentation and information about the company in our first introduction to the company. Unlike our usual decision making, we made the decision to go with the company and did not interview other candidates.

The sales pitch made it sound like a superior finish but was spendy and wouldn’t likely do it again for the price.
