I was very happy with everything from start to finish. The install was longer than anticipated, taking 2 days to complete rather than 1 day, which was of no fault of anyone at Mad City. Our installer Kjell, was absolutely fabulous in everything he did and I highly recommend him for any project he would be assigned to do on any job that is assigned to him.

I was initially intrigued by an online ad. I called for more information and reluctantly made an appointment for a rep to show me what was available.
The rep was a young man. He was well informed about his product and made a professional sales pitch. I agreed to a deal.
I had reservations after sleeping on it for the weekend and called to cancel. Another rep came to my house and after talking with him about my project, I took ownership and decided to follow through.
The installation process began with an appointment for an installer to make precise measurements, then ordering our products. About four weeks later we were informed by email our products had come in. Another appointment for installation and in one day our project was completed.

It's a very good product, but the installation had problems.

Tear-out of old shower and install of new and larger shower stall was completed within the timeframe quoted. The newly installed shower is beautiful!

I will definitely not recommend Mad City to friends or family. In fact, I will strongly recommend against them.

lower your price some, carpenter did a very good job, plumber wasn't very careful nocked holes in sheet rock and didn't clean up after he was done, carpenter did fix the holes.

The experts who updated our kitchen were very professional, punctual, good communicators, and paid attention to details. Our window coverings were completely protected and the kitchen was cleaned after each work day.

Steve and Dean were Extremely tidy and careful with our home. Steve had me come and view their work and give my preference on the grab bars, shelves and curtain pole locations.

Mad City Windows & Baths was very fast and efficient. We gave them quite the job here in one of the bathrooms. They had to break up cement, clean it all up, put new cement down, and put up a wall. One bathroom was a lot of extra work. They took the flooring out for us because one of the tubs was kind of on a platform.
