Parts I paid for were not installed and the shower leaks water on the bathroom floor after use.

The tub to shower conversion looks great. Lots of extra work was done to get the vanity, sink and mirror to all fit together by the install team. The installers informed me that they were "going to make it work" I appreciate the hard work they put in to make it fit, however if I had been told what the issue was and what the fix would be I would have told them not to bother with the mirror and I would purchase a smaller mirror. So I had to spend my time dismounting the mirror, measuring for the smaller one and installing it myself. This now leaves me with an unlevel vanity that was adjusted in order to fit the larger mirror.

The workers were really great, respectful, kind, and knowledgeable. They did a great job and were friendly. We are very pleased with the outcome and with how quickly the work was completed. The water was only out for 4 hours. They did an excellent job. They took care of everything, and it turned out great!

Electrical damage done and they didn't say anything. We found and confronted. Wrong base ordered so delayed project. Sliding doors won't close completely; must not be level. A follow-up call after completion never happened. I would think that would be standard especially after the above mistakes.

Not only did he do an incredible job in tearing out our old shower and installing a beautiful new shower in one day, but he went above and beyond to solve a problem and make sure that we were very happy customers. I love my new shower. The shower makes be more independent. Austin Roberts the installer took his time making sure that all the grab bars were in perfect place for me, he was wonderful, now I feel secure in the shower for the first time.

Getting product in was a lengthy process. There were some issue with some of it. So that was not their fault per se.

A company is only as good as its employees. Employees are only as good as the training they receive. Terrible communication, and follow through.

The choice to go the direction we did with Miller was not even a thought. The explanation and examples made our decision very easy. We’ve had several quotes and this one made the most sense.

Everything was great except the price... but we didn't get other bids, so I can't say whether it's above or below average. Very happy with the work though. It was one of those Bath Planet 2 day remove tub, replace w/shower. So that may not be everyone's cup of tea - and you're a little limited on options with that kind of set up. Howwever the experience with Miller doing the work was great. Very nice workers. Good problem solving, and a quality install job. They made the tiniest ding in the top metal bar of the shower door (we probably would not have noticed for months, and then thought we did it), they pointed it out, and came back next day with a new part. Honest folks.
