Getting product in was a lengthy process. There were some issue with some of it. So that was not their fault per se.

A company is only as good as its employees. Employees are only as good as the training they receive. Terrible communication, and follow through.

All of our interactions with Miller Home Renovations from start to finish were great, as was the bath install.

The choice to go the direction we did with Miller was not even a thought. The explanation and examples made our decision very easy. We’ve had several quotes and this one made the most sense.

Everything was great except the price... but we didn't get other bids, so I can't say whether it's above or below average. Very happy with the work though. It was one of those Bath Planet 2 day remove tub, replace w/shower. So that may not be everyone's cup of tea - and you're a little limited on options with that kind of set up. Howwever the experience with Miller doing the work was great. Very nice workers. Good problem solving, and a quality install job. They made the tiniest ding in the top metal bar of the shower door (we probably would not have noticed for months, and then thought we did it), they pointed it out, and came back next day with a new part. Honest folks.

We are finishing up some remodeling to our home that has spanned many years. We have worked with several types of companies and work groups along the way. This crew was amazing. They were patient, kind, and professional. I trusted their opinion and was so pleased with the result. This was our last big thing and I’m so thankful we were able to end on a pleasant note.

Delay after delay. Then broke the door during the first installation, then the second time (weeks later) the door still just “ghost opens” you have to keep something in front to keep it closed during your shower.

Shane was low-key and not at all pushy about selling the product. He was very knowledgable and thorough, not only about explaining the product and process, but also about measurements and recommendations. I appreciated his taking the time to point out what would and what might not work for us as seniors…and he was spot-on in every regard. We have been using the new shower stall for a month and could not possibly be more satisfied, both with our decision to have it done and with the materials and workmanship that went into the renovation.
