The work (tub to walk-in shower conversion) was great, along with the contractors and crew. However the communication was 2 out of 5. 1st reason: I paid a deposit and there was no communication for 3 months after I got an initial email. Every time I called, it just happened to be that the day before or the day-of all of sudden something would happen to move me through the process. "Oh we just got your parts yesterday." I paid a deposit at the beginning of June, the first week of Sept I called "oh we just got your shower in" 2nd reason: The install date was changed twice, just an email, no call to confirm. The contractor ran into an issue that was unforseen. Not their fault, but I went almost a month with no shower (and it's my only shower/bath in the house). I was told 2 weeks they would be back. 3rd reason: I called them at the 2 week mark. "Oh we got your parts today" 10 days later they finally came back. 3rd reason: After I paid, I didn't get any confirmation or anything showing the payment was received, no receipt or email, only my bank notifying me and an email to take a survey. Everyone I talked to was friendly, it was the communication about status, time-frames, an install date, the date they were going to come back to finish. From the free estimate to completion...4.5 months. That would have been great if that was communicated initially. I get the sales guy wouldn't know all the timeframes or know they were going to run into a problem, but a heads up that for 3 months no one is going to even give you a call you back after you pay a deposit down, would have been nice. How could every single time I call just happen to be something came in? Maybe in a short window or a little company, but not when there are 90 days in between. I don't believe in coincidences.
