Midpoint Construction has good management, but the workers were a little sloppy. Overall, pretty good.

I would use Midpoint Construction again, and I would also recommend to my Family and Friends.

I have had to work really hard to get Midpoint to my house to get things done. I have went through several people and talked to higher ups in the company. I have had to have work done multiple times. They are still not done after a year and a half.

We had a house fire and lost virtually everything. It was very difficult to work with Midpoint Construction. They gave us a hard time about everything we talked about. They were difficult and uncooperative, and although their work was pretty good, their attitude made it a horrible experience.

Midpoint Construction was extremely professional and communicated clearly. I was dreading having to make an insurance claim, but they made the process more than tolerable.

I feel there is a strong lack of communication in knowing what's going on and when it's going to happen. The first part was fine but the reconstruction has been about 4 months and I still don't know when the project will be finished.

The project manager, Fred, was awesome. He was the best. He was always in contact with me the whole time.

He did a beautiful job on the ceiling and in the bathroom. It just took a long time.

They did a good job. I had a company years ago that I loved because they came in the middle of the night. I didn't call my insurance company because it was 2 o'clock in the morning, and nobody was going to answer. That was all before you pushed 1, pushed 7, pushed 3, and nobody ever talked to you, and that was Burton Brothers on Telegraph in Southfield, Michigan. I would say that Midpoint was equally good as they were. Only I got sanctioned because they started the job in the middle of the night, by shutting the water off and tapping pipes that were leaking from a deep freeze. They sent a guy to be with me because there was no power in the house. I thought that was really stellar. I didn't have mine happen in the middle of the night, but someone addressed the issue through AAA, and they got me Midpoint. I never heard of them before.

They were very slow at moving, the floor isn't even, and the handles are straight. You can feel the floor isn't level when you walk on it.

The people were very, very, polite and professional. I really enjoyed working with them.

Midpoint Construction was very professional. If you want a job taken care of in a timely manner with someone who will communicate with you during the job, then Midpoint Construction is the company to use!

I would tell everybody to stay away from them. This was the worst experience I have ever had with any company, ever. Jonathan, the salesman, every single thing we talked about, every time I spoke with him, anything that came out of his month was a lie. I had to fire him. I am still dealing with the process because Midpoint Construction screwed us over so bad.

Midpoint was very professional however the time it took to get the materials were a couple of months out. It appears this was due to COVID.

The brown garage door ordered came in with a dented panel. It was substituted with a white panel, which stood in good stead for another 2-3 weeks. I finally called to see what the problem was as I had hoped to pay off my share of the cost before the end of the year. Once I notified Midpoint, they had the installer out within 2 days and I met my goal.

Great service. Competent and caring people. Work was completed on time.

They should take their time, and be more involved in what they are doing.

An upstairs plumbing leak appeared shortly after we'd accepted a bid for purchase of our former home. We were in Florida at that time and were referred to Midpoint by our insurance company. Midpoint expeditiously addressed the actions necessary with our insurance company and we were able to effectively communicate with Midpoint and our insurance company for timely action. Our local real estate agent was effectively apprised on a timely basis which kept our patient buyers satisfied with the progress. Accordingly, we were able to expeditiously address the buyers needs and only experienced a two week delay in the previously anticipated closing on the sale of our former home, I couldn't speak more highly of the professionalism of everyone we came in contact with in the Midpoint Construction Company. The quality of their approach to reliably estimate the cost of the repairs needed and the finished product of their work were greatly appreciated by all. In the future (if needed) they're our GO TO company.

We were very pleased with the work that we had done from Midpoint Construction.Each worker from drywall, paint, plumbing, flooring did a great job and were very respectful.

Every trades person and Supervisor I encountered showed skill and knowledge of work assignments along with professionalism when sharing information.They encouraged my confidence by being timely neat and sensitive to my desires and service needs.

I couldn't recommend to family or friends because of the amount of time it took to do a small job. It wasn't a very good quality of workmanship.

Midpoint did a great job on our historic home! We had some detail work that they were very careful with, and made sure to blend old with new. The workers were courteous and detail oriented. They also made sure to clean up afterwards, which was wonderful. Thank you!
