The workers did an excellent job putting up the siding, replacing the exhaust vent on the outside of the home, and painting the interior of the living room and adjoining room. They filled in a couple of holes, mudded then repainted.
They were prompt and very professional. I would recommend them to others.
They had a poor follow through and our floors are still a mess.
Keith, that works for Midpoint Construction, is a scammer. He put me into a contract with a contractor that he found. The contractor didn't know how to do any of the work. Midpoint Construction had to come in and correct all of his work. The first project manager and contractor scammed me out of $4000.00. Keith found a contractor with no experience with any type of work. He tried to have me complete the contract. I saw some things that ware not properly done. I had to get him out of my house. Keith is still working there, and he should not be working there. He tried to take my money from AAA, and he scammed me out of $4000.00.
Mark did a great job, completing a high quality job.
Upon our initial meeting with Midpoint, we met Joanne, who walked us through the process of getting the work completed. We were then handed off to Antonio, who assisted with getting the work done. The work was quoted without removing the popcorn from our ceiling, which was a concern, as its difficult to match it. After the contractor repaired our ceiling and the painting was completed, it was obvious that it did not match. We refused to sign the completion forms as we wanted it fixed right. Terri Arnt got involved after Antonio was no longer with the company after almost 10 months of going back and forth. Finally, in March Terry came out and agreed with us that it did not look right. He assigned a different painter to the job; who came out and made it look considerably better. Personally, I feel like the insurance company did not want to spend the extra money to make the ceiling look its very best.We would have preferred the popcorn to be removed, which is the right thing to do.
Midpoint Construction was quick to do the job. They did the floors for me and did a beautiful job. I am very happy.
I had missing parts and I did not get all my missing items back.
Mike stayed in contact with us during the entire process. We did not have to second guess him as to where we stood in the timeline of our project. Mike is very professional, courteous, and informative. There was a discrepancy in the financials, so Mike jumped on it immediately and contacted his accounting department and the insurance adjuster. The result was a mistake in the insurance adjuster's quote. Discrepancy was corrected and we received addiional funds which covered the cost of our repair. Thank you, Mike!
I am extremely satisfied.
Midpoint Construction has good management, but the workers were a little sloppy. Overall, pretty good.
I would use Midpoint Construction again, and I would also recommend to my Family and Friends.
I applaud them for their professionalism, and they were extremely nice.
They did an awesome job. The work they did was better than the original work done on the house. They were very personable, and wanted to be sure I was happy. I think they did a good job.
It was a decent experience. I was happy with the service.
Took way too long. Things had to be done multiple times due to lack of craftsmanship.
The work they did was good, and the employees were friendly.
I am very pleased with the construction.
I have had to work really hard to get Midpoint to my house to get things done. I have went through several people and talked to higher ups in the company. I have had to have work done multiple times. They are still not done after a year and a half.
We had a house fire and lost virtually everything. It was very difficult to work with Midpoint Construction. They gave us a hard time about everything we talked about. They were difficult and uncooperative, and although their work was pretty good, their attitude made it a horrible experience.
Midpoint Construction was extremely professional and communicated clearly. I was dreading having to make an insurance claim, but they made the process more than tolerable.
I feel there is a strong lack of communication in knowing what's going on and when it's going to happen. The first part was fine but the reconstruction has been about 4 months and I still don't know when the project will be finished.
The project manager, Fred, was awesome. He was the best. He was always in contact with me the whole time.
He did a beautiful job on the ceiling and in the bathroom. It just took a long time.
They did a good job. I had a company years ago that I loved because they came in the middle of the night. I didn't call my insurance company because it was 2 o'clock in the morning, and nobody was going to answer. That was all before you pushed 1, pushed 7, pushed 3, and nobody ever talked to you, and that was Burton Brothers on Telegraph in Southfield, Michigan. I would say that Midpoint was equally good as they were. Only I got sanctioned because they started the job in the middle of the night, by shutting the water off and tapping pipes that were leaking from a deep freeze. They sent a guy to be with me because there was no power in the house. I thought that was really stellar. I didn't have mine happen in the middle of the night, but someone addressed the issue through AAA, and they got me Midpoint. I never heard of them before.
