Michael's Roofing had replaced my roof at a previous home I lived in & did such a great job that I only got their quote.

They had scheduled to replace the roof 2 weeks after we accepted the contract and they showed up when they said they would. We appreciated that. The new roof looks beautiful. We are very pleased with the work. It was a hassle-free, professional experience.

The work was professionally done and within the time frame as quoted. I did have some questions after the job was complete. They sent out someone immediately and addressed all my questions to my satisfaction.

From the time of the initial inspection to the receiving our quote and then having the roof actually installed, all of it was completed in extremely professional manner. The crew that did the installation was efficient and when they completed the first days work, the yard was cleared of all debris. The same goes for the final day of installation, I have used Michaels previously on smaller jobs and would not hesitate in using the again.

The estimator came at the agreed upon time. The crew showed up at the agreed upon time. They were very careful with the discards. They left the area spotless. They are the BEST.

Having to pay for this roof out of pocket with no help from insurance my main concerns were quality and price. After receiving six estimates Michael's Roofing was the last estimate I had scheduled. When the estimator came out and did his inspection , he did one thing the others had not , he EXPLAINED everything that would be done to my roof. The eave drip, starter shingles, the vent boots, the ridge vents and vents. How they would protect my property as the job was being done. He didn't seem like a "salesman" as the others did. After speaking with him and asking questions about the company, I felt confident that Michael's Roofing was the one to go with. The price was great and I must say the quality of work was OUTSTANDING. I would most assuredly recommend Michael's Roofing to anyone and everyone.

My roof was only 9 years old but needed replacing frankly because of shoddy installation. I felt wary going into the process of getting a new roof but all my fears were allayed when Roland of Michael's came to give me a quote. The professional quote I received listed a whole page of things they were going to install and replace to give me a properly applied roof that would be long lasting, attractive and effective against the elements, including up to 135 mile per hour winds. The icing on the cake was that they had the lowest bid!
Site supervisor Lonnie and his crew showed up at 7:00 a.m. on installation day and worked tirelessly until 7:00 p.m. that night dealing with spotty rain. They left my yard just the way they found it, removing all the debris. Office staff Crystal was helpful every step of the way and kept me informed on scheduling. I am 100% pleased with my new roof and would recommend Michael's Roofing Company to anyone who wants top-of-the-line roofing materials, knowledgeable and professional installation, friendly service and the best price.
