The job took for ever-it is still not complete-it looks terrible! Very unhappy!

All in all it was a good experience. They answered my questions and the work was done like clockwork.

I would recommend MHI Roofing, but not after, as a brand new customer, all the work was supposed to be guaranteed to my satisfaction, and they're not living up to their warranty. They promised to come out and repair things that aren't right.

My overall experience was positive. The quick response to my inquiry was appreciated.

Cabor the roof inspector who sold me on the project was great and very helpful! Then came the install Zane the project leader was very unprofessional. He ran short on shingles two different times, installed my roof plumbing vents out of plumb(bad enough that you could see from the road), when i went to plumb them in my attic two of the three weren't even connected due to the crew not using glue on the pipe fittings

The installers were very good workers and did not goof off. They were singing while working. They were very pleasant to work with.

The project manager refused to call me about problems that occurred. Multiple messages were left and still no call backs.

Job still not done. Was told gutter install would be the day after the roof, but scheduled 3 days later and it’s supposed to rain 🙁

The pricing was too high for the job and for the price I paid, I expected better work. I also feel cheap labor was used, (when I was told you had certified workers), so the price should have been cheaper and that's probably why the work wasn't exemplary.
Some parts of the job were altered but the price wasn't lowered. I am very disappointed with the process and service.

They were a wonderful company to deal with, and they had a great crew working here.

VERY little communication. Project start times not met both days and it could really have been a single day install.

Crew was there on time as scheduled

Wanted the exact same gutters size as the gutters removed. New gutters cover half the space of the old gutters. No s good look. Ask what can be done to fix it. Nothing could be done
