I was introduced to Meridian Contents through Meridian Restoration and our experience with Meridian Restoration did not end well.

Dining table was scratched. Some dishes were put back in the wrong places. They forgot about a huge box of pillar candles, so they were not put away.

I already have recommended them.

Meridian Contents was professional; they followed up and followed through with the project. They maintained excellent communication throughout the process.

I am unsure if I would recommend Meridian Contents to a friend. They had great communication, and they were very professional when packing and unpacking our contents. I found one broken item of ours that they had damaged at some point, but they never informed me. Also, our insurance company was very clear to us to not sign the check until the job was complete. However, there was a lot of pressure for me to endorse the check that the insurance company had sent to them before the job was complete. I had to state several times that I was not to sign the check until the job was complete.

There were many delays in service and miscommunications, often sending subcontractors who did not know why they were there or didn't know what the task was.

They were very good workers.

They were very timely, friendly, and did exactly what they said they would do. They made the process seamless.

They were very attentive and responsive.

Meridian Contents was an awesome company to work with. Ken worked with us in the beginning and Bobby worked with us throughout the process. Ken, Bobby, and Alysia were all awesome to work with.

They started really strong but got slow towards the end of the project.

They provided outstanding service, and I am very satisfied with the work that was completed.

My project manager and estimators were responsive and professional. Everyone cared about my situation and they were emphatic.

I value Meridian Contents. They did a great job.

The overall job was a disappointment. The only thing that went well was Alex, he was great and had amazing communication

I would recommend, I will encourage Meridian to come up with a better communication system between them and the customer.

Remediation was chaos. Lack of oversight with dripping connections left unattended, incomplete reconnections and lack of dust containment. Total breakdown and failure of protecting clients property from further damage.

I would definitely would not recommend them. Craftsmanship was mediocre and the entire project took forever.

Don't know what is trying to be done here but this makes no sense .
I was provided very misleading info over the phone and onsite with some representatives .
What is Told does not match and what misleading occurs and mirrepresntation happened to me personally and I lost complete trust in anything told to me as countless things that were communicated did not occur . They did a great job of leaving me hanging with no help and no resolution .

Yes I would definitely recommend Meridian.

The Meridian team is highly skilled in what they do, especially as they are sandwiched between the customer and the insurance company. Meridian is very responsive and also does a good job expediting the work once the final project approval came from the insurance side.

I felt their work was careful and thorough. I would commend them to anyone with a similar need to ours.

Meridian as a whole does excellent work and I would highly recommend them….. with Ray Clark as your project manager only!!

I had a septic flood in my home (truly a nightmare situation), and this team made the entire remediation process so much easier. I didn’t have to think about anything because they handled it all. They were extremely professional from start to finish. Bradley, who led the team, was fantastic — calm, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Austin and Adam were excellent, as well. Everyone was kind, communicated clearly, and always made sure I knew what was happening and why, and when to expect them.

They treated my home with respect and made me feel completely comfortable having them here during such a stressful situation. I’m truly grateful for the way they handled everything.

The damage was restored to exactly how it looked prior to the fire.

It has been 7 days and I have still not had any work done. I am displeased with how long it is taken to get the house restored, There is a communication problem with the contractor and the insurance company,

It's not the higher ups, but the people that they have working for them. I had several problems with them.

Most of the repairs had to be completed twice in order to be done correctly. Also things were touched that were not supposed to and then went missing. This was the first company that called me when I filed a claim. I should have done more research

Yes I would highly recommend. They were very considerate of my time and kept me in the loop regarding the entire process and answered all of my questions (usually same day).

Meridian Contents is very efficient and careful with handling contents.

I am not likely to recommend to a friend because the quality of work was poor. We had to call them out multiple times to clean the yard and finally the project manager himself came out to clean it up after the third or fourth attempt at cleaning.We had another roofing company come by to inspect the quality. They left nails in our roof.

Meridian Contents was very easy to work with, was a great contractor, and overall has good people.

They are very unprofessional with the timeframe, and there is a lot of miscommunication. My work is still not done, and it has been a couple of months now. I take off work, and they don't come, and then they do it again. They started repairing the walls and stopped. I have dealt with so many people, and no one has fixed the walls and the floor. It is still unrepaired, and it has been several weeks now.

They did all the work as they said they would. Everything was great.

My house took from January 10th, and it was opened up in the middle of June. It sat for three months. I don't know whose fault it was, but they had to get the car port replaced, and I wasn't happy with that.

We were contacted by Meridian Contents through our insurance provider. They came out and quoted it, looked at everything they were going to do, and did a good job. They exceeded our expectations.

This was the worst experience that I’ve been through and was not provided a quote before the work was completed. I was told a Lein would be put on my house, if I didn’t pay within 60 days. The insurance representative told Meridian not to touch anything and to not conduct remediation on my property and the man from Meridian said they were just putting a fan in the basement. However, that was not the truth, walls were removed, carpets were torn out, fans were left all without getting a quote. I only received the text afterwards stating I would have to pay for the services within 60 days or my house would be put on a lien and still did not receive the quote at that time. This was my first time submitting a claim and I was truly treated unfairly.
