I don't think they were professional. They took too long. They told me three days, and it took three months, and mine was not a big job. They brought in Hispanic people who may not be qualified or licensed, and I didn't like that.

I would recommend them. I received their services and it was very professional and efficient.

Justin and Alex were absolutely incredible. They took the time to walk me through the process and explain everything. I was very happy with the work that was completed. Seven months later, it all looks fantastic and works great. I would highly recommend them.

They were courteous to pick up and pack everything. When they packed stuff, I was not around. They did a pretty good job in marking everything and packing everything. When they brought it back, it was very clean. It was done very carefully, so I would recommend them.

I am unsure if I would recommend Meridian Contents to a friend. They had great communication, and they were very professional when packing and unpacking our contents. I found one broken item of ours that they had damaged at some point, but they never informed me. Also, our insurance company was very clear to us to not sign the check until the job was complete. However, there was a lot of pressure for me to endorse the check that the insurance company had sent to them before the job was complete. I had to state several times that I was not to sign the check until the job was complete.

There were many delays in service and miscommunications, often sending subcontractors who did not know why they were there or didn't know what the task was.
