Be more open about services such as floor cover (it would have been nice to know you only lay new flooring over old).

My bathroom is leaking, the person that came to fix it did his best, however, there is still a gap, not very happy.

If the Tallahassee installers were as awesome as Monifacio Castillo, from Houston, this rating would be a 10. However, the Tallahassee team was not able to honor two scheduled appointments, and that caused me to pause and rethink the entire project. My sales person in Tallahassee, Connie Mares, called to apologize, promised an experienced installer and offered a $500.00 discount for the inconvenience. Now that’s professional service and I was very pleased with the results

The installer arrived promptly, worked hard, was respectful and cleaned up after himself. He took extra time showing us how to operate everything by touch, as my husband and I are both blind.

This is a great product. We love our walk-in shower. From sales, installation and follow up this was a wonderful experience.

I very highly recommend MaxHome to anyone. They do a great job with high quality material. The installation was perfect.

Every part of the experience was great! Connie did a fantastic job at understanding my needs, explaining options, and explaining the process. Things unfolded exactly as she outlined. The installers arrived in the designated days and completed two tub-to-shower conversions. They did an exceptional job and even cleaned everything up.
