Additional Comments - I think Massengill has a reputation in the area for being an excellent builder and even with that they exceeded our expectations. Everything was done on time and like I said, exceeded our expectations.

The closing is rushed. There are minor things I would have liked to look at, and that did not happen. I asked them to take the time to find the issues and they rushed to take care of them. My garage is cracked and they said it is a very fine crack. I would still recommend them.

I woulld recomend anyone who wants to build there house to go with Massengill Design-Buld.

Junior and Will were awesome, always responding to our messages and addressing any concerns/ questions. Even issues identified during the final walk-through were dealt with quickly. We appreciate it!

It was really a smooth process, from beginning to end.

We have had several occasion where we encountered other prospective buyers on-site and highly recommended Massengill Build Design and Bentwinds Bluffs to them.

The Massengill Team treated us like equal partners from start to finish. Responsive, professional and timely. They are the best. Period. We would recommend them to any and all friends/family interested in building a new home. They treated us like family!

I like that they are very responsive throughout the construction process. Never felt left out at any point in time.

A very will built home and the ability to customize was great, albeit a bit pricy.

The reason we went with them is that they offer so much more value to the home rather than neat picking on small items. They put a lot of customizing option in the house which is good.

Building a home from out of state was made easy thanks to the professionalism, expertise, and patience from the Massengill team. The process was extremely organized from picking out design selections to electrical and trim walk through. A special thanks to Wesley who went above and beyond. He provided ongoing updates and progress pictures. I felt like I was involved every step of the way. Top notch! Would definitely recommend.

Additional Comments - I am particular. My designer was particular as to colors and choices. The team of subcontractors/vendors that Massengill works with in the design process are top notch. (Each of them raves about their experience with the Massengill team. You can tell that they are not just saying it, and really mean it. They add flavor to their praise.) I was pleasantly surprised with Massengill's constant attention to detail. They just do the job correctly.

They are good quality, and I don't see any post work repairs.

Schedule - We are extremely happy to have been able to close on the home a month early without compromising the detailed workmanship.

Areas Of Satisfaction - There was overall cooperation throughout the entire process. We did this virtually from New York, and everything turned out beautiful.

Everyone we interacted with at Massengill Design Build throughout the process has been very professional and helpful. The quality of the construction appears to be very high quality. We have lived in our new home for over a year now and are very happy to be here. At the time of the one-year warranty follow up there were very few issues to deal with; mostly light cosmetic issues like nail pops. Practically a non-event. Ricky, the Warranty Manager and John, the Project Manager are Rock Stars! The two by six construction allows for more insulation which in turn makes for a very quiet house. During the height of construction in the nearby area, we couldn't hear construction noise until we opened our front or back door. Also, after one year, our heating and cooling costs have been much more reasonable than we expected. We've made many new friends since we've been in the neighborhood and many of them are very happy to be here too.

Great group of people to work with, we are very happy with the fit and Finnish. Great value for the cost.

I already have recommended them to my sister, and she bought a house with them as well.

They are fantastic, and I can't say enough good things about them. They were also professional, courteous, and eager to please. They put in a lot of effort into everything they do.

We had a great experience with Massengill and love our new home. As with any new build there were bumps along the way, but they took care of everything and stayed in communication through it all and answered all our questions.

After he did even HE was impressed. I think you should know that too!

This is our third new home, but hands down the best build experience by far. From start to finish, the team addressed every request and never seemed inconvenienced by changes. We love our new home and enjoyed working with everyone on the Massengill team!

In July of 2023 we celebrated our second year anniversary in our wonderful Massengill home ! I write this as a second review just in advance of the 2023 Parade of Homes event for it was in September of 2020 that we met Massengill Design Build during the Parade of Homes weekend...thank you Nikki ! In October of 2020 we signed our contract and we watched out home grow from an uncleared lot to a finished home. My wife and I felt confidence and comfort every step of the way from every person we encountered...a special thank you Mike ! We are so pleased with our home, the quality, the attention to detail and the value we believe we received far outshone every other builder or neighborhood we visited. Our journey to Massengill Design Build was over a year as we looked at almost very builder and every neighborhood in Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Angier, and Fuquay-Varina,. My advice to anyone looking to buy a home in the Raleigh area is to visit every neighborhood where a Massengill home is being built or has been built.....I truly believe you can buy a Massengill new home or a pre-owned home with confidence that in the end you will as happy as we are !
