Additional Comments - Marchese Restoration and all of its employees, even the managers and owners, are all extremely professional. They are very welcoming, helpful, and understanding. I love having them work on my home. My insurance company knows that I will not let anybody else work on my home.

They did an outstanding job. The people were friendly and cleaned up before they left.

Areas Of Satisfaction - They met or exceeded my expectations, as they matched the shingle color, even though the insurance didn't cover it. The insurance company said that if it were a different color, you would have to pay for it on your own. If something goes wrong, it needs to be replaced with the same color, and they were able to do it without it being covered, so I don't have a weird-looking roof.

They did a great job. They are accurate and didn't waste time. Furthermore, they completed the job when they said they would, and did a superb job. I would recommend you.

There was at least two occasions where rework was required and there is still a leak at the original location.

I was terrified of making the wrong choice of contractor! A tree fell onto my house after a freak windstorm. While communicating with Lou Marchese; he put me at ease and calmly explained everything that needed to be done. Everything was completed with such professionalism and kindness.Thank you Mr. Marchese for helping me through this stressful time!

Work Done Right - Again, overall their work was excellent. They often made improvements that they did not have to by contract. There were minor details that could have been improved on, but that does not diminish their final product.

All the doors align perfectly. The two bathrooms tile work was flawless. The drywall was hung straight and without lumps. And , much more. Their workmanship.was really impressive.

Additional Comments - This was the first time I worked with a contractor, so perhaps my expectations were unreasonable, I'm not sure.

I would definitely recommend Marchese Restoration because of the way they completed the work and the way they respected my house. They cleaned up well. Everyone that I dealt with had manners, was very polite, was prompt and courteous, and got the job done quickly.

Highly recommend the company. They have great project manager that made a long process seem easy and the highly skilled crew did a great job. I would have these folks do all my home repairs if that was possible.

Vic walked us through the process during our first appointment and everything was smooth sailing thereafter. Workers arrived on time and completed the restoration work on schedule.
