Clean - There was a person dedicated to clean up the entire time the project was occurring

Communication - Angie and Sean were in touch for delivery information, work schedule, and follow up inspections. They were also available to answer any questions I had during the process.

Expertise - Sean knows the trade and the work crew did the job professionally

Problem Resolution - The attic fan turned out to be unsuitable to reinstall and they replaced it with a new one at no charge

Value - Perhaps the greatest advantage MLC had over the other quotes I received was their price and they didn't change order at all

Just have to add here, Sean and Angie were professional, pleasant, helpful, and timely with all the communication surrounding the repair, from the initial contact through the final walk-through. If you have a roof repair need, they're the guys to call.
