From the first phone call with Hannah who was helpful & kind, listened well, and got me scheduled for an estimate promptly (impressive in the Covid-19 era), to the final quality work, I am happy to know I can depend on them for all my current and future needs. I was looking forward to using a locally owned business and thought it was great service that I would be scheduled with the owner, Allen. I was most delighted to meet Tania, co-owner who took care of the estimate with my best interest in mind, honestly, frankly (saved me the cost of unnecessary work), gave me great referrals for other services needed and got the job done in a timely manner. Most appreciated was the trust Tania created- she’s awesome!! The process was seamless and the care & service excellent. Thank you Tania!!!

First he gave me a price two years ago and when I called him honored that price. The crew that he sent here did the job in two days was not a easy roof to do very. respectful people cleaned up didn't even know that they were here. I even asked for a difficult collar and he was able to get it for me. made my wife very happy.

They were very thorough and followed up. Also, they were on time and came right when they said they would.

We had our siding, gutters, and window trim replaced by Majestic Exteriors. We a very positive experience from beginning until end. Their professionalism and workmanship exceeded our expectation.

Overall, the roof replacement work was very good. They used high quality materials for the roofing paper and asphalt shingles. It was arranged to all be done within 1 day and the workers started early in the morning at 8 AM and worked till 8 PM that same day. They did a nice job of protecting our flower beds which surround the house as well as laying down tarps on the grass to catch all the removed old roofing material. I watched periodically to see how the work was progressing and also spent time with them to make sure that the cleanup was done. On the downside, there was a mixup with the roofing material all being delivered to my driveway the day before as well as the work crew showing up unexpectedly. While the work crew worked very hard throughout the day, I was a bit surprised that they did not utilize safety harnesses. I have noticed days later that there were small puncture marks on some of my screens which I attribute to the original roofing material being removed and that I am still experiencing nails & small pieces of roofing shingles. They also had to return the next morning to finish up with the roofing over the 2 bay windows.

They were excellent and had quick service. They are a great company.

Majestic did a fine looking job and cleaned up afterward in spectacular fashion. A job that others said would take two days was done in half that time. The rep at Majestic listened to my concerns and made the modifications in the project that I requested.

Had a major roof leak and called majestic exteriors to get a quote for a new roof since my roof needed to be replaced. Alan came at the agreed time and day. Worried that more rain might come I wanted to replace the roof as soon as possible. Thinking that the roof replacement might take a week or so had me concerned. When Alan and I agreed on his quote he asked me when do I want the new roof. Kidding Alan I said tomorrow. He said sure OK and immediately ordered all supplies to be delivered the following morning and spoke to his crew to be at my house in the morning. I was in shock that majestic exteriors could move this fast. New roof installed satisfactory that day.
