All windows were unable to be installed on the first visit. Due to wrong size on 2 of the 4 windows. This caused us to take another day off from work . Before call the customer merchandise should be verified and not cause the customer any inconvenience.

They were polite. They were fast and neat. They did good work.

Walk-through before & after the door was installed. The crew did a great job from start to finish including a spotless clean up.

I was not disappointed by the product or the install. I did feel very pressured to install on a schedule which wasn't ideal for us (I had hoped to set a date several months later than the scheduler wanted the materials sitting around for). I also was frustrated that there was not an invoice payment method and it required up-front payment with no digital receipt. The price is high enough that it really matters which card we put it on, and a payment portal makes that much easier.

Additionally, I was not exactly disappointed with this as I understood the papers I signed, but it would be nice if there were a paint that doesn't void the warranty. The pattern we paid extra for is much harder to see in the actual space than I expected, and I would like to be able to darken the "grout" lines, but not at the cost of voiding the warranty.

It's more than I expected!!!

I was told by the sales rep that there would be a team that would do my windows. Well that team turned into 2 people. There was no supervisor there like they said there would be. The 2 guys did a great job. Jordan and Brian deserve what bonus you guys give them. Quin came in for 30 or so minutes and then never saw him again. I was told it would take 4 hours, it took over 6 hours.

Everything happened on time. The people all knew what they were doing & were professional and friendly.

Very easy to work with.

I had contacted a local building company in town to install the shower and I went there 2 times and met with their designer but they never came out to measure and give me a bid. After a week I called them again to come measure and say “let’s get this done.” A few days later they did come out to measure, but they never sent a bid or followed up. They still haven’t gotten back to me in over a month now. I had also called a builder friend of mine to see if he would do the shower. But he told me it would take weeks to get this done. When I called Mad City, they came right over on a Saturday and jumped right on it and got it done. They got it done in 2 weeks and made sure it was installed BEFORE my husband, who was recovering from a fractured pelvis and hip, came home from the nursing home. We had to have the 50 year old tube removed and he needed a walk in shower. I had my husband come home from the nursing home for an hour the day of the install, to show the installer where he wanted the grab bars installed. I knew I wanted to replace the bathroom flooring too sometime in the future, so they added some extra trim to extend the shower base so it would make doing that easy and also waterproof when that time came. We had a problematic window that was partially in the shower area and Mad City recommended their waterproof window shower kit. The kit solved that problem and looks beautiful! My husband decided he wanted a shower adjustable bar installed after the fact and they ordered it and came and installed that too just where I wanted it on the shower wall.

We had a Iot of input where we wanted things installed at like shelves, shower head, trim etc. It’s quite obvious that Mad City seeks to go above and beyond in everything. So I’m glad I got to experienced what Mad City had to offer. And the lifetime warranty on the shower and workmanship and fixtures is great too. So is the fact that the warranty is in place for the next home owner too, if I decide to sell the house. That is a great resale feature. Wonderful service, great team, quality install, beautiful finished product!

Didn't explain when picking out shower heads how they work. When I wanted a different shower head again they didn't explain what your basic one looked like. You installed one that looks like it belonged in a camper. After spending all this money why would I want one like that. Why would you even consider replacing one like that on to a beautiful shower . Very disappointed with your service and lack of communication

Honesty and concern for our satisfaction. There was part of the job that was difficult to complete. It was explained to my wife and I why it would be difficult and maybe harmful to our window sills.

Did an Awesome Job!

From meeting with the rep to having the bath installed went smoothly. After installation I called customer service and it went down hill. Bill was rude and didn't answer my question regarding a longer shower hose. Just basically sId no and hung up on me.

He was fast and professional.

We liked that the shower with done in one day. The technicians and plumber, supervisor of project were very pleasant and clean up the mess . Very pleased with our shower.

James and Josh were thoughtful and polite. They walked us thru and demonstrated the sliding door and window. They cleaned up during installation too!

Final installation was sub par
And the appraiser said we had mold in our walls, yet the installers said we didn't. I don't like contradictory information. If you aren't sure then don't speak.

I dud recommend your windows to a friend and she had some windows installed. She also had them come back and install a couple more.

Left the kitchen cupboards a mess Was told they would clean cupboards after install but has inches of sawdust to clean. Also the laminate in some spots are coming up.

The amount of work was very professional and the installers were polite and considerate. I highly recommend this company.

Seemed really happy until we started to take a shower. The shower pan creaks really loud. It can be hear down stairs in the kitchen. Really disappointed. The tub before that never made any sounds.

I would definitely recommend med city windows. Customers always come first that install. Team did a good job very courteous. Address things on-site during the install. The sales team did a very good job in in home demonstration.
