This company is amazing. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations. The sales rep took his time going over options until we were satisfied. When they scheduled the install they went over what was to be expected during work. The installer arrived on time, went over our order to insure he had everything, and kept us updated on his progress during the day. When he completed the job, he walked us through, making sure any questions we had were answered. We had received a quote from another company that was higher, and the salesperson was a pressure salesman. Not only did Mad City provide us with a better quote, but they were also able to install a larger shower than what we had. I was very pleased with the whole process.
