All contact with MadCity was expediant and professional. From the presentation to job completion I was impressed with the entire process. This is the second time we've used MadCity, having previously done a new shower installation with them.

It’s not seamless, looks like it’s the wrong size, the drain wasn’t connected, the window, now is scheduled for the third time, So much for one day install, when I asked to change from chrome to gold, I was told a change would cost $1500.00. And now I have a funny looking ceiling.

Everything was done professionally as well as efficiently. Mad City personnel are knowledgeable and treat you with respect.

The building and plumbing men were prompt and professional. Unfortunately, the grab bar in the walk-in was placed on the wrong side - another was installed, and I decided it was fine. The curved rod for my hall bath was placed so the door banged into it - it really should have been placed about 3 inches higher to avoid the door engaging the rod. The curved rod was replaced by a straight one. I did not want the holes for the road 'plugged' as I thought it would look messy - not a look I would want after spending $34,000 for both units. So no, I did not receive what I ordered so Mad City thought it would be in their best interest to offer me a $100 gift card to placate me. Not sure what Mad City saved to not replace three side walls - a bit more than $100 bucks, I am sure. I give the rating an eight as the baths are beautiful - the walk in is suburb. $100 is downright cheap on your part and I believe you should reconsider.

From start to finish we were impressed with how easy the process was and how professional everyone was. We were impressed with how quickly you responded within a few minutes to us filling out an online request to coming out 2 days later to show us the product. We were impressed that a field manager came out both days of installation to check on things. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely recommend Mad City to friends and family

I do recommend, I would just cation them on the pressure to sign immediately.

Alex arrived at 7:59 am and gave us a quick "run down" of what was going to take place. He immediately began work and didn't stop all day. He had us come into the bathroom to inquire about shelf heights and a couple of other simple items. We were able to ask him questions to clarify our simple questions. He was professional as well as very friendly.

I was very happy with everything from start to finish. The install was longer than anticipated, taking 2 days to complete rather than 1 day, which was of no fault of anyone at Mad City. Our installer Kjell, was absolutely fabulous in everything he did and I highly recommend him for any project he would be assigned to do on any job that is assigned to him.

I was initially intrigued by an online ad. I called for more information and reluctantly made an appointment for a rep to show me what was available.
The rep was a young man. He was well informed about his product and made a professional sales pitch. I agreed to a deal.
I had reservations after sleeping on it for the weekend and called to cancel. Another rep came to my house and after talking with him about my project, I took ownership and decided to follow through.
The installation process began with an appointment for an installer to make precise measurements, then ordering our products. About four weeks later we were informed by email our products had come in. Another appointment for installation and in one day our project was completed.

It's a very good product, but the installation had problems.

Tear-out of old shower and install of new and larger shower stall was completed within the timeframe quoted. The newly installed shower is beautiful!

I will definitely not recommend Mad City to friends or family. In fact, I will strongly recommend against them.

lower your price some, carpenter did a very good job, plumber wasn't very careful nocked holes in sheet rock and didn't clean up after he was done, carpenter did fix the holes.
