I just think that the work, although mostly well done, is not worth the amount I am paying, but that is probably my fault since I did not interview other companies. (Refacing six kitchen cabinets and 5 drawers) Also, one of the cabinet doors under the sink does not close all the way; and the lowest drawer rolls out so quickly and so far that it has crashed into my foot. And my final reason is that I don't tend to recommend businesses to friends since few friends ask for recommendations.

I would certainly recommend Mad City to my friends. In fact I already have done so.

When caulking the top of the shower, they got it on the ceiling. A spray foam canister burst in the bathroom. Mistakes happen they apologized and cleaned up most of it. However, it was still on the doorknob and other places, but we were able to get it off. Then the caulking started to come off around the lower part of the shower three days after install. Keep in mind we hadn't even used the shower yet.

Mad City Windows & Baths installed all new windows in my house last a week ago Tuesday. Rich & Hunter Rager & John Holliday did a fantastic job with the install and had it done in a day! They were pleasant & efficient as was Dustin Arnold, the field rep who came becuz I had an issue with what I was expecting would be done with the interior window trim. It was my understanding with Ryan Guisinger that they were going to replace the interior trim as well due to mold issues. Unfortunately it wasn't written into my contract, so didn't happen. They did use mold kill spray & Dustin advised that I seal the interior trim with Kilz & paint to do a total mold stop. There won't be any more mold spread with the new windows fortunately. Dustin did give me a credit for the misunderstanding and also reimbursed me for the pizza lunch I bought for the guys.

Overall, very pleased with the process, people and character of the team. Glad to have some high quality windows with a lifetime transferable warranty. Thank you!

I like the product and the installers were great. I did have issues post installation. Customer service is a major consideration for me. When I reported my problem on a weekend I had immediate help. The follow up team has been responsive and very concerned about what happened and have gone an extra mile to take care of everything

I give a 10 to the installer who was great. However i was greatly mislead by the salesman or the office which stated completly different stands on an issue that came up, leading to great distress for my family and myself.

The look of the cabinets are beautiful.
