Tony did everything he could to help with the problems we experienced with Mad City. He has answered all of our calls and sent someone out immediately to fix things. Mike did a great job replacing the poorly installed shower unit, making it look so much better.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the full range of colors, finishes and styles of kitchen cabinets and hardware. The salesman was not high pressure. He explained the products, the process, and the cost. I love that we are able to pay for the cabinets over a full year. The installers were professional and personable. They arrived on time each morning and were focused on the job all day. They cleaned up each night after work. They used a checklist at the end of the process to majestic was satisfied. I like that a supervisor checked in at my home during the work, leaning me his personal number for questions or concerns.
