I felt that I had to supervise some of the construction. Having experience with many remodeling projects some of the work wasn’t up to code. I had to call the manager to see that the work was finished correctly.

I would recommend this company if you want to refurbish your existing cabinets. I am very pleased with the outcome of my new cabinets. I also love my soft close cabinets/drawers. This refinish has far exceeded our expectations. Also I appreciated the customer service with them returning to enhance our drawers. Much easier to open/close now.

One shower install for 12000 is way too expensive. I had the bathroom completely gutted with toilet and vanity already removed. Flooring removed as well. I will never again pay a company that much to install a shower.

Overall process very user friendly and answered all my questions to satisfaction, courteous, polite, timely and staff knowledgeable about the product and installation procedure, etc.

Many things happened. The shower installation was $7,000 and $8,000 more expensive than the two other estimates I had. I chose to move forward however because the salesman was very persuasive and I was ready to get a walk in shower to replace my tub. Signing the contract was problematical because your company uses something similar to Docusign which I am very used to, but over a weeks’ period each time they emailed me the document it didn’t work. When my install was scheduled and the installer arrived ( a wonderful guy !) after getting ready, laying down the tarp, getting tools out, etc. he noticed that I have ceiling molding. Confirming with me that of course I wouldn’t want the ceiling molding removed , he realized that your company had sent the wrong size panels. I had confirmed with the salesman, on the contract, on a phone call and with the guy that came to measure, that I only wanted the shower walls to go 3/ 4 of the way up.
Thus cowboy had to leave, and came back two weeks later which totally messed up my schedule ( time off work, family plans, money withdrawal plans). When cowboy returned on the new date he discovered that the work order did not state that my tub had jets and therefore would need an electrician. It took 6 hours for an electrician to arrive, because cowboy had to call around for someone. Also the work order did not state that I have a private well which caused another delay. Finally 3 shelves were sent instead of the 2 I had wanted, but cowboy not knowing that, put in the brackets for all three and then discovered two were beige and one was white.
I will state that Cowboy my installer was wonderful, very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job.

The installers should communicate more about what they are doing and double check the contract. He mentioned that he wasn't sure where to put the grab bars because I wasn't present, but I'd left my phone number with him. He never called. Also the shelves are inconvenient for someone who sits in the shower. Way too high and behind me. Then he forgot to put in a ceiling panel and had to come back to finish it.

The sales person who came to my house (Charlie) sold me these windows when I was very ill and bed ridden. I only recall parts of him being here and don’t recall discussing the price. When I became well enough, I realized I had purchased the windows but could not find any paperwork or invoices where I could see what I had signed and agreed to.. my score reflects the actions of Charlie, the sales person who came to the house while I was sick in bed. He should of rescheduled the appt.

The primary reason that I hired Mad City was to replace my toilet and to repair the floor damage under the toilet with the shower and window replacement being secondary. The sales rep assured me that it would not be a problem. He then quoted me a price that I thought was very high. I initially balked at the price, but after reassuring me that it would be high quality work with a transferable lifetime warranty, I signed the contract. My fault for not reading the contract a little more carefully. When they showed up to do the work, I brought out the new toilet that I had purchased. I was informed by the install team that it was not in the contract and that they would not be installing it nor repairing the floor around the toilet area.
While the shower and the window replacement was top-notch work and very nice, I do not feel that it was worth the $21,000 that I was charged, considering the fact that I still have a toilet to be installed and the surrounding floor repaired.

The sales presentation was very good, the quality of the materials are excellent, and Matt’s installation was outstanding!! The only reason 8 is not a 10 is price! I have no idea how the average Joe could afford the upgrade I just did!!

Unfortunately, we cannot recommend your company and will not be using it in the future.

The actual installation was great but a month late due to errors caused by misinformation sent to installer if it wasnt for Roger and Cody (who we so appreciate) we would still be in that terrible mess. $18000 was a lot to pay for the mental and physical stress we experienced Jake, the installer , was exceptional
