Our installers were professional, knowledgeable, and completed our windows in a timely manner.

We will not be recommending Mad City in any way to anyone we know. From sales process to completion, we were left very unimpressed at every turn.

Things were done in a timely manner. Love the windows. They installed them quickly and cleaned up their stuff and were courteous. Sales lady was very knowledgeable and kind.

Jacob did a great job, he was on time,Friendly, cleaning up as went even in90+ heat.Windows look terrific neighbor's are complimentary, think they are great .They didn't know that you worked on mobile homes.

Les and his coworker were very precise and knowledgeable about the project being done. They were quieter than expected, seemed to be proficient in removing windows and doors without unnecessary cutting, resulting in less noise and debris. What debris that was generated was quickly cleaned up during and after final installation steps. Conversation was very congenial between themselves and us, nobody should be worried about bad language or tone with these men. It was fairly interesting to watch the harmony between these two workers, showing the respect for one another and their company.

Kenny Paul, the installer, was professional in all aspects of the project. It shows in the quality of the finished installation.

The dimensions of the tub are not what I was led to believe. When I spoke to the people in NC, they couldn’t have cared less.

Very good experience in every way.

This is the second time we’ve used Mad City for a purchase and installment. First was a new walk-in shower 2 years ago. Love our shower. They did a great job with the installment. It was quite the undertaking with removal of titled walls and a very large jetted tub. But completed the task in a day and a half. They just completed a second installment for us. It was a large picture window in our living room that was over 30 years old which was well over due for replacement. Also had them replaced e a smaller window in the dining room that wasn’t sealed well allowing water to leak into the surrounding structure. What a nice improvement both windows made to the appearance to our home, especially the front of our house. I think it took them only around 5 1/2 hours to complete. Quality of their work excellent in every way. Very professional and knowledgeable at what they do. I highly recommend Mad City for home improvements.

Not only was it done within a day, but our installer, Scott Millard, was extremely courteous and respectful of both my house and my family. I was extremely impressed.

Everything with the window is great so far. Only downside is it is very expensive, but it does come with the lifetime warranty.

The installers were very professional and pleasant to communicate with as well as the communication between themselves. Les took care of the inside aspect of the installation, his 21 years of construction showed in his apparent accuracy and thorough knowledge of the process.

I Love the finished product. I didn't realize how bad my bathroom looked until I got this done. No more worries about tile sinking or mold behind them. Paul in sales was wonderful explaining everything and the gentlemen who did the installation where just as good answering any questions I had. I was impressed with the professionalism and the company works as a team. I really appreciated that everyone involved were employees of MadCity. The windows are great. Hardly hear storms. They really cut down the heat coming in as well as well as the glare. Look great inside and out.

Very happy with mad city from start to finish on or shower remodel.

The start date was fairly quick. Itwas finished in one day.

1. Outside window trim was not sufficiently sealed. Two spots have cracks showing where there is not sufficient silicone between house siding and window trim.
2. The surround for the tub has a spot of no silicone where separation is seen between top of tub and bottom of surround.
3. One of the shelf edges has seem showing with no silicone between surround and shelf.
4. When draining water on second tub fill up, the main drain leaked dumping over a gallon of water into the basement before I figured out what was happening and stopped the drain. Drain still leaks when opening the drain fully if tub is half full or more.
5. Wood in basement under the tub was not treated with anti-mold solution as promised.

The gentleman that did my installation of a new shower enclosure was extremely meticulous and professional. He was concerned about what I wanted the iob to look like. They worked very hard in the heat and muggy weather for two days. You have a great employee and I commend his efforts. Mad City is lucky to have him!

We had a very good experience with our mad city window installation. Our measure fella named "AL" was fantastic, taking all of my worries seriously. I had custom made solar shades that I wanted to make sure would still fit. And he made sure they would and they did. Our installation crew of Les and Mike were fantastic. They worked under horrible conditions with the extreme heat! Les was terrific, very professional and very particular about the installation and finishing. They cleaned up each day, due to the amount of work needed this was a 2 day job. Les went over each window with me before he left to make sure they worked properly and I was satisfied. We did have one window that was cracked and Les immediately ordered a replacement. Our new windows look fantastic both from the inside and the outside finishing. We had 3 bow windows switched out and a French door converted to a slider. We love them. The outside looks like they've always been there. Kudos to Al, Les and Mike!! Thank You
