The first person who came to our house was amazing. She was honest, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The person who came out to measure was very nice and efficient. The installers were nice however, there are two noticeable cuts in our bathroom floor and gaps in the caulking from installation which were not addressed. Also, the person who went into our crawlspace was loudly proclaiming how shitty all of his jobs have been recently because we are working to remove quite small amounts of water from the crawlspace. This was unprofessional and not needed behavior. When paying as much as we did, I did not expect to also now have to replace our floors and worry about water getting through the caulking eventually.

The installer, plumber and electrician were prompt, courteous, and informative.

The shower head leaks. The wand gets in the way of the hot and cold. The site manager did very little managing of said site.
Parts are loose. Some are not even sealed to wall.

Multiple promises broken, when inquired about each one was told "not in contract."

We converted from a bath tub to a walk in shower. We had Adam and Mary as our installers. Wonderful couple to work with. They were very professional through the hole process.
