The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. He gave us a guaranteed price, even if there was structural damage under our current shower. Well, there was extensive damage and it was repaired as promised without added expense. Bravo!

Overpriced, they tell you not to use the shower/bathtub for 24hrs, set nothing on the shelf for 48hrs., but have the installers present the customer with a financing certificate of completion, immediately after they have finished their work. The assigned "field manager" should come back to the customer after 48hrs to sign off on the financing certificate. This way the customer has a chance to test/vet the "completed work".

The windows are very nice. They were expensive, but I think they are worth it.

Very good installation by their crew. Every window is working, screens are in place, color of interior and exterior were as ordered. They cleaned up and had things looking as if they weren't there.

Write down agreement when meeting so there's a clear understanding

I love our new windows they look great and are easy to clean. I was very happy with the service and installation.

Quality is okay, but almost zero participation from so called project manager, or field manager... number of things not correct with what I was promised. Mo contact from anyone once we finally received everything we ordered. Waited over a month and a half for everything... and was actually accused of miss measurements and things not scheduled as my fault. Overall... not happy with anyone other than the installation crews

Because the windows are expensive I expect a quality product and top of the line and the installers to be very experienced. The installers were nice guys but I do not consider they highly experienced and top of the line installers.

They're easy to work with setting up appointments and rescheduling appointments. They're fast experience respectful people.

Did not get a reminder text. The crew did not call ahead of time to let me know when they were on their way. Blocked the driveway with their trailer so my mother in law had to drive on the grass to park because she was dropping my daughter off at school when they showed up. Was told it was it was going to be a 3 day project. It was 2 days because they worked until 730 both days. They took out all the windows at the same time rather than doing one by one so the house was hot and that ac wasn’t going to keep up with that. My MIL asked multiple times to get 5 minutes to let the dogs out and they ignored her. I’ve had Anderson windows do my windows in my last house and will more than likely have them finish the windows in this house. Oh and the extra I paid to have the windows match the wood? Not good. Doesn’t match at all, it clashes and looks awful. Wrongly upsold on that.

Just wish they weren’t so expensive and that the sales rep would have been demonstrating the window we were given instead of double hung, Which played a significant role in why we bought the windows and led to our disappointment

We had some issues but Mad City worked everything out. We have a gorgeous new window. People driving by have stopped to commit on how nice it looks. If we replace any other windows we will call them first.
