Not very professional I could do myself better

My mother was the one getting the shower installed. She put half down. She died the day that they were supposed to come out and finish the install. There is no clause for death so we had to either finish the install or lose out on $4000. When we were going through that time of morning it felt gross this business just wanted to keep it money. I understand ordering supplies and such but this was such a big deal to our family. It was a death. It wasn’t just that we decided not to do it.

Painless experience from quote to install

The door opened the wrong way. Although a new one was ordered and eventually installed, there was little follow-up, apology, or offer to do anything for our troubles and the extra time involved in getting a door installed twice.

If the product is as good as the people it all will be just fine.

Asked and put shelves and curtain rod and bars where we need them and many other things Peter was very professional and kind Peter was a hard worker I was very impressed!! Highly recommend Mad City !

Exactly what we wanted and completed 9-10 hours including clean up.

The guy that did the insulation did an awesome job. He was courteous, easy to talk to and got it all done in one day/8 hours. The plumber was also her respectful and went about his business in a professional manner. They both cleaned up after they were done And answered all my questions, which weren’t many.
An air get experience and I am happier than (I won’t say what I wanna say but you get my drift). That being said, I would highly recommend man city for windows and my bathroom. Nothing but good things to say.

Easy to work with

A LOT of money, HAD to get a new window whivch messed up my wall. They said they couldn’t fix, it wasn’t their job. Hmmmmm

I felt like the price was a bit high, and then there was an additional charge after the initial paperwork was signed.

I enjoyed working with this company. From sales to installers to supervisors and schedulers, I have no complaints and only good things to say.
