Mad City was very helpful and friendly from the start.

The Prompt responses to any questions and concerns. From the initial sales to the precise measuring people everyone was courteous and professional. And to top it off I think we got the best installers ever ! They were on time and extremely hard working making sure that everything they did was to our satisfaction. And the cleanup was very impressive.

The work process went seamlessly. My questions and feedback were addressed.

Everything went smoothly, I just feel price was alittle high.

The shower is nice. However neither of us feel that it is worth 30000. The installers did there best. I don't have complaints about them. The product is just not worth that. Its a flimsy plastic product. When I lean against a wall it flexes. One of the doors keeps rolling open on its own. Definitely not what I would pay 30 thousand for. And we cant find the quote. My husband swears it was closer to twenty thousand. If he hadn't been there I would have gone with a cheaper quote. And probably had the entire bathroom redone for less than the shower. Way less. The entire house is costing us fifty thousand.

I wish I could speak directly with the owner of the company as I believe there are improvements that would make the company better. The most effective communication I can provide is face-to-face. My rating of an 8 is based upon the quality of "communication" from sales to service. What was said and what was delivered was not exactly the same. It was misleading / confusing.

Great quality and workmanship

My installer called the day before to let me know he would be there early to set-up, so he could get working by 8AM. It was great that he did, because he left here at just about 5PM! One day installation complete!

The whole process was very well thought out. Installation crew was very careful and courteous

I liked the sales person Dan, he was not pushy and felt very comfortable talking with him.
I also liked the installer Lon, answered all my questions and concerns about adding additional items in the shower , such as a seat, so he reinforced the wall so it could be added on later with mad city installers.

Great choices of material. Very clear on exactly what was going to happen on each day . The installer’s Steve and Dean were very friendly and helpful on placing all the shelves inside the shower.

Workmanship and people we dealt with were excellent.

Didn't have the wright faucets had to wait 7 days for proper faucets to be chipped in ( told and showed the salesman & forman
the proper faucets at signing that I wanted and still didn't get the wright ones).
also wrote on the contract I wanted a lean waver and $100 gift certificate when they got payed ( service finance company paid mad city paid full as of 10/7/2025 .
