From start to finish was well informed about what was to be done

First, they said it would take about 2 to 3 months and, then I can start my payments. We'll, they came in a week and I already got a bill. When I wasn't prepared for what so ever. Got the bill before i got the windows in. Plus, the lip to pull open isn't as big as the rep said they would be. My kitchen window is in ********, the frame is uneven. Also, my front 2 windows are supposed to not have a middle when it does. I was disappointed with that. The rep said they would look a lot bigger and the difference i see is that they look taller. I don't think they were worth $14k.

Your installers Quinn and Bryan were AWESOME. I want to make it clear that what I share in this feedback request is in no way shape or form against either one of these guys. Quinn and Brian were excellent, very thorough, and explained everything that was going on.

That being said, I was disappointed that within 30 minutes of the installers leaving the door broke. There was some piece that broke off in between the doors. Both Quinn and Brian came back removed the door fixed it and then left but within 30 minutes of them, leaving the second time the door broke again.

I called your home office and I called the number that was left on my documents for the supervisors, but no one answered. I called the home office again. Got a hold of someone who said that they would transfer me to the service department and they transferred me to a voicemail. When I called back to explain that I could not shut my door and that I have a very expensive hole in my house I was told that he would send an email and ask to have someone contact me ASAP.

At that point, it began to feel like I was going to be stuck, not able to leave my home and with a patio door that will not close. I replaced my patio door because of how much it was leaking, but the gap that was left behind from the door you installed was much larger than what I was previously experiencing. My rating is a three because of this. On top of that, there were some cosmetic damages to the door that you sent with your installers. There are big scratches on the side and a hole in the screen, which means that someone will have to come back and fix that with additional time off of work for me. I’m aware that you could fix the screen if I’m not home however, the way my property is you cannot get to the door without climbing over the fence so it’s unlikely somebody would be able to fix those things when I’m not home.

These guys know what they are doing. They had everything they needed to get it done. Looks great!

Cost is pretty steep

The windows are fine. When meeting with Brett (sales) I asked if Mad City would submit/complete a building permit for the windows and he said yes. I have checked the website and do not see that a permit was issued for this. Note: We had windows replaced in prior home. I was also under the impression that the installers were employees/staff employeed by Mad City. The van that William and his assistant arrived in was not a company van and I believe he was a subcontractor, not an employee. While I am pleased with his work, it was dark out when he finished. I felt like he was rushing since his employee was not trained and this was a lot of work for him to complete in two days. Rushing can cause errors. The person that assisted on day two was a new person and he didn't do the best job cleaning the windows and the white trim. I am still trying to get the black fingerprint smudges off of the white trim and don't know what cleaning products are safe to use on the trim (not the window).

The product quality

The shower looks good but a 3x4 shower should not have costed 18k.

Be truthful on your dates for installs. Don't double cash a check. Thank goodness my bank didn't charge me.

Everything went smoothly and went exactly as planned

Excellent work. They showed up on time and took extra care moving around the house. They informed us of their progress often and kept asking if we had any questions. Overall a quality experience
