We had just bought this house. We knew that it would need a lot of plumbing work done. We did not know how much until we took the master bath shower out. We told the salesman that. He assured us that mad city would wait until we were ready for the installation even if it took several months.
He told us that all of the installers were employees of mad city. No subcontractors. He verbally said that everything was a lifetime warranty. We even went into detail. Asking about the shower head, plumbing, faucet, drain and even the caulking. We would never have to caulk the shower again. We got specific. We wouldn’t have to put another penny into this shower ever again.

When the product came in. We were told that if we didn’t have it done now a $500 fee would be charged for storage. They wouldn’t wait until we saw what the plumbing looked like before setting an appointment. The plumbers came in and virtually replumbed the entire house. It took them 5 days.

The contract and receipt of the first payment had to be requested by us. It wasn’t sent.

Quality materials, and the installer explained exactly why everything was done the way it was. He asked us where we wanted everything, was a very hard worker, and very respectful of our house. It was a huge project and he managed to get it done in 2 days.

One day install !

From my first visit starting with sales rep Ryan to meeting installers George and helper Eddie,(I think was the name) , and Chris for window installation and let's not forget Phil for measurements, any questions were answered satisfactory and they asked me for input as well. From start to finish I felt respect and comfortable to with each of them.

I asked for an egress window and was never told that was not going to be done. It’s for a basement bedroom and it needed to be an egress. I’m extremely unhappy with being lied to.

It is always better for a contractor to beat his estimated work time. We were told 3 days to remove and replace the 20 windows in our home. They were done in one and a little over half days. That's HALF the time to do the work.
Am very satisfied with the new windows have even had complements in the week they have been in. They completely cleaned up after themselves and even set a couple of outdoor swngs back in front of windows that they replaced.
