Communication needs improvement. Texting and emailing is good but phone calls might help if there is a change in a scheduled time.

All people that we have worked with from Mad City Windows and Bath are very professional and helpful. This includes the salesmen through the installers. We have been working with Mad City for 6 years and are very pleased with all completed projects

The overall quality of the finished conversion was good. However, the drain isn't lined up and centered the way it should be and the caulking wasn't the best and might have to be redone. I have to mention the high price and aggessive sales tactics.

Aaron and Billy and their crew were awesome to work with. They prompt, worked hard, kept us informed throughout the installation and answered all of questions. We are very pleased with the end result. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM FOR ANY FUTURE PROJECTS.

When called the person was cheerful and forward us to the right department , the sales team set a date and was there on time. Answered all questions and gave the best deals they were allowed. And the installation team showed up on time and work hard also answered any questions we had.

Everything with the window is great so far. Only downside is it is very expensive, but it does come with the lifetime warranty.

The overall construction of these windows is top of the line. We live close to the highway and these windows have muted the sound significantly. Cleaning and operation of the windows is easy. Can't wait to see how much these new windows will cut into our heating bill
