Call this company LAST for a quote, because they will schedule to come out and meet you immediately and give you their talk. In order to get the "best price" you will have to sign the contract THAT day. Instead of being able to weigh out your pros and cons and really give your decision some thought, you will have to make a decision and commit, if you want that price. The windows are incredibly expensive, but high quality and the lifetime warranty gives you peace of mind, if something should ever happen. They were the first ones we met with, so we couldn't even thoroughly think about our decision, but we did as best we could with the time we had. Save yourself stress and weigh all your other options first.

The windows themselves are great. Our installers were amazing-professional, personnable, friendly. Our service manager was great as well. We were less than pleased with our sales person, but clearly, he still got the sale from us. Overall, the windows are great. They look nice and help keep the blazing sun heat more managable in our three-season porch. We used the porch a lot prior and now we are excited for the temp. in the porch to be even more comfortable. I can't even count how many surveys and/or satisfaction requests we have gotten--it is way too many. If you're good, you're good-please stop sending these to us.

Everything in the sales presentation felt rushed. He talked about the presentation being five years old and probably needs to be updated. At times, it felt unprofessional with the way he spoke. I hated the feeling of feeling like we had to make an immediate decision--that is not appreciated and would have rather been given time to have an actual lengthy discussion with my partner instead of having to make a decision that day to "get the deal"---we both work full-time, have kids to tend to...so to have been given more than the time the sales person is sitting outside our house would have been greatly appreciated so we can actually weigh out the pros and cons, make an informed decision, and feel comfortable and confident. Instead, we felt like we had to make a decision that night and it left us significantly than satisfied with the company sales side.

Our install team was AMAZING. Honestly, they were so nice, professional, answered our many questions, multiple times, fixed the areas in the screens that were not attached properly. I wish they would have lived locally because toward the end I knew they wanted to leave (because they had quite the drive to get home) and we still had questions or areas we wanted to discuss.

Overall experience was great and not pushing for sales. Wanted me to feel comfortable with the purchase.

I love it. The only thing is that I might have a leak in the drain, only I can't tell because I can't go to the basement when I'm taking a shower. I'm trying to get somebody to go down the basement while somebody's taking a shower. That's the only way I'll be able to tell. But otherwise, I love it. It's the best thing I've ever done.
