What we expected after meeting with the sales rep was not what the people doing the work were able to do. The shower install turned out okay but we had to call someone back out because it leaked. They don't do mudding or taping work so where they cut out sheetrock to access plumbing we had to fix ourselves. Plus the sheetrock they did put up we had to mud/tape. We were expecting it to be ready for us to paint. The windows do not fit well and we're still waiting for that to be fixed. From meeting with the sales rep in April, to the actual install in June, and hoping to get the job completed before August ends.

The process was easy and the installation was all done in one day.
