Saw a sales representative talking to a potential customer at Sam's club. I told her I just had a shower installed by Mad City. I told her they consulted me about everything. And they cleaned up when they were done.

What we were demonstrated and sold was not exactly what we had installed.

We are elderly couple requesting some special accommodations in the design and making it all fit in a small area. The price was very reasonable for us. Cleanup after wasn't the greatest. I'm surprised that they didn't fix more of the issues they cause. Broken tile on one wall. Drywall seems where popped on another wall they worked on.

They did a nice job installing our new shower. The only thing I did not like was when they took out the old shower the saw went through our exterior wall and cut several lines in the wall by accident. The part I didn't like was the patch job to fix the holes in the wall. It was not well done like the rest of the work was.

Overall, great job, compliments to the entire Mad City team we worked with, money well spent.
