What we were demonstrated and sold was not exactly what we had installed.

We received a good presentation at the first appointment giving us an opportunity to express what exactly we were wanting done. We are elderly couple requesting some special accommodations in the design and making it all fit in a small area. The price was very reasonable for us. The contract was explained carefully for us to be sure we understood what we were signing and the warranty explained. Cleanup after wasn't the greatest. I'm surprised that they didn't fix more of the issues they cause. Broken tile on one wall. Drywall seems where popped on another wall they worked on.

Everything from start to finish was wonderful. installation was awesome. very professional and kind group of men. would recommend Mad City 100%

They did a nice job installing our new shower. The only thing I did not like was when they took out the old shower the saw went through our exterior wall and cut several lines in the wall by accident. The part I didn't like was the patch job to fix the holes in the wall. It was not well done like the rest of the work was.

Overall, great job, compliments to the entire Mad City team we worked with, money well spent.
