Mad City put in cupboards for me. I was satisfied with that work, I called them and had them convert my bathroom from tub/shower to shower only. I am very satisfied with both projects.

Unfortunately our products came warped not once, not twice but three times. I will be honest the communication was not great at all! The field manager was not respectful when I shared my concerns about the product not being up to quality. I now still have to wait for the 4th time for more products to show up to replace the warped products.

The whole process was not great. I felt a bit deceived when I couldn't get straight answers to my questions.

The guy that came and measured took the trim off my old door and put it in the yard/driveway and never put it back. So not only did I not have trim around my door for 2 months, the installers didn't take it with them when they left. I am responsible for disposing of it.

The doors are priced a lot higher than most things you see at the hardware store. The trim they installed is split, the gaps are not even at all, and the bottom plate that you step on has quite a bit of play in it. There are also quite a few visible holes where finishing nails were used.

Overall, the doors look very nice on the front of my house. I am happy I got them but I was frustrated with the process.

Both the initial presentation and installation were well done.

Great setup and clean up

AJ Allen was our installer. He did an excellent job. He spread his canvas all over the floor from the front door to the bathroom to prevent dust, dirt or anything else from getting on our rugs. He then went right to work measuring and taking out the bath tub and then the walls to put in the new shower unit after replacing the pipes. He worked hard all day to finish the job on time. He coordinated his breaks with the time when he had to wait for things to dry up and settle in. Every time I had questions, he had answers. When he was finished with a part of the job, he would sweep up the messes, wipe the walls and take the trash out to the truck and then start with the next part of the job. I was very impressed with his accomplishments and getting the job done in one day all by himself.

Happy to recommend windows as a 10 plus…as for bathrooms & kitchens I have not seen a remodeled one by Mad City. I’m sure that it’s a 10 but can’t say without seeing a completed job.

I had two sets of windows installed in two different houses and I haven’t really seen the inside of the windows at my rental property, but it sure made the house look very nice and attractable from the outside and I’m waiting to see how the air conditioning this summer and heating goes this winter

Everything was exactly as expected and they went above expectations when dealing with our 30 year old cpvc plumbing. Leaking developed when some installation debris lodged in the mixer cartridge. I called and they came right out and replaced the cartridge with a new one. Highly recommend!

Be very careful about what they are saying about the financial plan because we were told the finance charges were going to be 6 percent and they are 19 plus percent

Wyatt the installer, came by himself, on time 8:30am laid covering over our floors, installed the shower, cleaned up his mess and was done and gone by 5:30 pm.
The shower curtain wasn't in yet, so someone from the service department came back and put it up. He also was on time, and got it done in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself.
I recommend Mad City! There products and lifetime warranty is outstanding!
