They were very professional, and the sales team was not pushy at all. They were able to work with us, and meet us where we were financially, so that we could have quality windows in our home.

Installers were very, very nice. Very professional! You could tell by the way they worked they made meticulous cuts on what needed to be cut and took a lot of pride in their work when this began I never heard of Mad city, but my salesman who I can’t remember his name I think it was Jason. Showed me how triple pain windows would be the best way to go and how the heat doesn’t come in and he gave me a whole tutorial on windows. The windows look so good that as soon as I can afford to do the other ones I’m gonna do that too.

Well, between the salesman, your website and the installer, none of you match from what I was told and saw online. Needless to say, I am happy with my shower for the most part Only issue I have is there is no handle to open the shower door from the inside. Also was told I'd get a squeegee to clean off the glass doors but that's minor. I'm still very happy with my new shower.

My wife and I are very pleased with the walk in shower. We have a small bathroom and we are so
happy to have the tub gone.

The whole process was top notch. From sales to installation the staff was friendly, respectful, and very professional. You can tell they take pride in the company.

Communication could be better. Once we signed agreement, it took nearly 8 weeks before windows were manufactured, and we originally given a 6-8 week time frame for the whole process. Some updates during the manufacturing part of the process would have been nice.

They were efficient with the removal and installation of 8 windows. Happy with the tradesman that installed all of the metal trim, as it was done very well.

It is really too soon to tell how good the windows are.

I feel like the quality of the windows are great and the install went smoothly. Some of the windows didn't open and close properly. For the cost I was expecting the absolute best performance.

They are nice windows and the installers were very professional, but we are still waiting for the window that had to be ordered because it was broken in shipping. I also think we are missing a screen and the one other screen isn't set in tight.

They replaced a 100 year old window for me and I am very pleased with the look and that it blended very well with the old house.

I was very pleased with my kitchen remodel. From the first contact to the end result everyone was courteous and professional. I especially appreciated it only took five days for the installation!

Contractor arrived promptly at designated time. I had to leave 15min after he arrived to shuttle kids to school. He was very kind and said it won't affect what he had to do. He got right to the demolition and worked through lunch and past 5pm.

Mad City put in cupboards for me. I was satisfied with that work, I called them and had them convert my bathroom from tub/shower to shower only. I am very satisfied with both projects.

Unfortunately our products came warped not once, not twice but three times. I will be honest the communication was not great at all! The field manager was not respectful when I shared my concerns about the product not being up to quality. I now still have to wait for the 4th time for more products to show up to replace the warped products.

The team knows their stuff. They answer all your questions from sales to service and warranty.

The whole process was not great. I felt a bit deceived when I couldn't get straight answers to my questions.

The guy that came and measured took the trim off my old door and put it in the yard/driveway and never put it back. So not only did I not have trim around my door for 2 months, the installers didn't take it with them when they left. I am responsible for disposing of it.

The doors are priced a lot higher than most things you see at the hardware store. The trim they installed is split, the gaps are not even at all, and the bottom plate that you step on has quite a bit of play in it. There are also quite a few visible holes where finishing nails were used.

Overall, the doors look very nice on the front of my house. I am happy I got them but I was frustrated with the process.

Both the initial presentation and installation were well done.
