I will not recommend Mad City to any of my friends ir family. Once your salesman has completed the sale he's done and gone. Installation was a joke. All non-english speaking installers. If there was an issue or question they had to call someone to come to job site that spoke english. They were supposed to finish the job the next day but didn't show up for 2 days. One window had a crack in the corner of the glass and the screen was missing and another screen was defective. It's been over 5 weeks waiting for replacements. Wasn't told my window treatments wouldn't fit with new windows by salesman. Was installing new window treatment and one window was out of square and window treatment doesn't fit correctly. Filled out a service form and have been waiting for over a week for a call back.

One window wasn’t ordered. Another window came in broken. I have two windows that won’t lock unless I put a lot of force on it. There’s no way to move the screen up on the double hung windows to allow the top portion to stay open.

Paul and James were total professionals ! They arrived precisely at 8:00 and went right to work. When they completed the work they cleaned up so well the areas were cleaner than when they started ! Their work was outstanding !

My husband and I were under the impression that they would be putting in new windows, not just putting the new window on the old window sill.

They have been attentive, polite, and easy to work with.

They did a great Job putting in our new door and were on time as well as cleaning up the mess they made.

From the Home sale presentation to the finish of the installation of the product was First Class.

Paul was efficient and did a fantastic job of cleaning up.

I liked that I could customize my shower how I wanted it, color and pattern. Not just a cheap flimsy shower kit.

We're satisfied with our finished project, but I feel the salesman led us to choosing an option we didn't initially want, and talked us out of what we did want. We were very happy with the installation team and the finished product! Everything went very smoothly on the installation day, and the cleanup was so good, it was as if they weren't even here.

They were very informative, not super high pressure, and the windows actually came in quicker than expected.

The initial meeting was good and informational. They did not give me an option for a different install date even though I was not able to be there, which was disappointing.

This was our first remodel. It went just as they said it would, finishing in one day and it looks beautiful! We cannot wait to get our master bath started. We highly recommend Mad City.

The guys did an awesome job putting in the windows and working around our bushes and the air conditioner.

Everything was okay except our first scheduled appointment for the installers no one let us know they were in an accident and had to reschedule while my wife was just waiting until she told me to call.
The installers didn’t clean up the best. However the lead installer called the field manager and they asked if they cleaned up well enough. I felt pressured to say yes because he was right next to me and I don’t like confrontation. Not to mention a leaking window and caulk missing around windows

The young men that put in our doors 🚪 did a wonderful job.

We feel the charges were not transparent and the salesman mislead us. We ended up paying almost 2 times as much as we.expected after having to sign a revised order on the day our son died. Very unhappy and out a lot of money.

Very good experience start to finish

The project manager came to see that everything was going well and asked if we had questions .

They were very professional, and the sales team was not pushy at all. They were able to work with us, and meet us where we were financially, so that we could have quality windows in our home.

Installers were very, very nice. Very professional! You could tell by the way they worked they made meticulous cuts on what needed to be cut and took a lot of pride in their work when this began I never heard of Mad city, but my salesman who I can’t remember his name I think it was Jason. Showed me how triple pain windows would be the best way to go and how the heat doesn’t come in and he gave me a whole tutorial on windows. The windows look so good that as soon as I can afford to do the other ones I’m gonna do that too.

Well, between the salesman, your website and the installer, none of you match from what I was told and saw online. Needless to say, I am happy with my shower for the most part Only issue I have is there is no handle to open the shower door from the inside. Also was told I'd get a squeegee to clean off the glass doors but that's minor. I'm still very happy with my new shower.
