We've received information from others who requested quotes for windows. They declined the quote because it was too expensive, only to find out that significantly lower prices were subsequently quoted. Unfortunately, we believed the sales person who said he was giving us the best price available and it was our misfortune and biggest regret that we did not decline the first proposal. As a result we will not recommend Mad City.

From sales to install everything was top notch. The explanation of the science behind what makes their windows better was pretty awesome. Install team took their time without being slow. Removal of old windows and installation of the new ones, 10 total, took 12hrs on the dot. From arrival to final clean up. Was very impressed that during removal the old slate siding wasn’t even chipped, which can happen with a look.

Initial contact with a company person at their booth at the Home Show in Cedar Rapids was so positive, it led us to looking more into this company and finally hiring them to do our walk-in shower install. In home visit provided us with all the information we needed. The installer and plumber who did the work (Jason and Tanner) were very knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. We are very pleased with our decision to use this company for our install, and will consider them for future work if needed.

The installation of our door took much less time than expected. The crew was neat and courteous, and we now have a new, solid, great-looking door!
