The windows are great. Hardly hear storms. They really cut down the heat coming in as well as well as the glare. Look great inside and out.

We do like the shower so far and the installer was kind and professional. The sales tactics were aggressive though and we wished we hadn't gone with this company. Additionally, we now have a new shower and everything else is dated, so we still have to find someone else to do the other work. The cost of the shower shot that budget.

I cannot recommend Mad City highly enough. They showed up when they said they would, the price was what we agreed to, the product quality is top notch, the employees were professional and the installation took 1.5 days, just like they said it would.

Everyone was very professional. The work was done efficiently and clean up was good. We would recommend them to anyone.

I loved the quality job he did taking out non working whirlpool tub and replacing with a larger shower! He worked steadily and got the job done in 1 1/2 days! Love it!

We are happy with the product and the price

Door was installed. Door knob latch was sticking closed. Work ordered. Responded in couple days. Quick fix on item. Asked repair person about the dead bolt latch. It did not seem to be working properly to me. He agreed and contacted field manager. Haven't heard from since. Yesterday I submitted another work order for that. While measuring for molding I noticed large holes around casing where light shown thru. Poor job of caulking. Going to work order that also. Quality control lacking. They installed a shower previously and did a wonderful job. That's why I went with them on the door. They supposedly changed vendors. The installer and repairman were not familiar with the doors.

Great crew! Great supervisors - Kudos to Chris and Eric - Great interaction - minor problems were dealt with without drama. Attention to detail and clean-up were exceptional. We went with the triple glazed, and were immediately astonished with how much QUIETER the house is! Would absolutely recommend to friends and neighbors!
