They picked up all my rugs after the house flooded. They brought them back clean and beautiful. All but one rug was returned. It still has not been returned. The return was delayed.

They were a pleasure to work with. I explained my problem to them, and they fixed it within a week or so. I took it to them and was very pleased when I received my garment back. I would recommend them to anyone who is experiencing similar problems.

I was very pleased with the garment that was cleaned, and I was also very pleased with the ones that wasn't cleaned because they did give me an explanation on the reasons why they couldn't clean them.

Lyons Restores (formerly Evans Garment Restoration) - DFW   Hello Ria, We are sorry to hear about your negative experience with having your belongings restored. We take your concerns seriously and want to make things right for you. After investigating the matter, we discovered there was a miscommunication between all parties involved, including the contractor. The contractor directed our team as to which items to remove and clean. We understand that you were not on-site during the pack-out process, which may have led to some confusion. We did our best to communicate with you throughout the process, but obviously our efforts fell short. We understand you had questions regarding when your items would be ready. After speaking with you about the items you were most in need of, we quickly processed those items and delivered them back on March 29th. We will do everything we can to locate any missing items and return them to you as soon as possible. As a result of your experience, we have amended our claim communication procedures to ensure that everyone is well-informed throughout the process. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you, and we value your feedback.
