Unbeknownst to me, over time, our roof decking began to decay, and our soffets began to deteriorate to the extent that water damage was considerable.

Upon requesting Lightning Exteriors, a highly skilled crew managed to make an assessment of the damage to the areas around our "chimney" area, with some considerable deterioration nearby.

It took about two and a half days total, but the roof reconstruction and repair was amazingly fast, and quite skilled and competent. The disruption to our two days of hosting the repair was tolerable, and within reasonable time we were able to return to normal.

Aside from the skilled, competent, and efficient crew, we can now count our blessings. The past week of constant rain did not effect our roof, siding, and ceiling, proving how well the repairs went. I would recommend this company.

Contacted Shon day before Thanksgiving about patching shingles and he had a crew out later that day to complete the job. Snowstorm was forecast and hit on Saturday. Really appreciated the fast service.

There’s not many lighting options. Meaning to change how the lights can go, what design we’d like to use today. I feel for the amount of money my husband and I paid to have these lights put in. There definitely should’ve been more wow factor involved. I see these other companies that are probably just as good and definitely see these other wow factor there.
