Working with this company was an excellent experience. From the beginning, Scott was so easy to work with and you can tell he really believes in the company's abilities and quality of work.This was a big exterior project - removal of all the old wood siding, building out new window trim and sills, fixing up some fascia boards, new Hardie siding all around, painting the entire house, and also cedar accents on the porch.Chris and Diego were here early every day (weather permitting) and are really nice and courteous guys. They treat your home like it's their home, and you see it in their craftsmanship and attention to detail. They won't cut corners, and always do things the right way.I can hardly speak highly enough of this company and would 100% recommend them if they are a fit for your project.

LRS was great to work with I have high confidence that you will be satisfied with their work. The project manager was flexible and accommodating to my changing scope to do more of my house. LRS crew was professional and knowledgeable on what was to be done. I’m very satisfied with LRS as a company to work with again. The finished job and the craftsmanship of the crew and knowledge of the project manager meant to me that my house was in good hands. One of the aspects of LRS is the crews are in house and have many years experience. I can say with confidence that my new siding will last for many years to come and that any issues will be handled professionally by the LRS team if the need ever occurs.

Lifetime did a great job on our siding. They emphasize quality over speed so it’s best not to be in a rush when using them. The end result for us was an excellent installation. I've had some very bad experiences with building and repair people so I tend to be critical, but I have to say, LRS did a fantastic job from start to finish. At the end of the project their work was perfect and the site was cleaned up well. Everyone I interacted with, from sales, to builders to billing was professional, friendly and responsive.

Everybody that was here was courteous. The two gentlemen who did the siding were professional and did a great job. Scott was very helpful.

Gino and team were professional, and performed an incredible job in the re-siding of our home. We had avoided doing this big job for about 14 years, while our older PDX home decayed in the harsh environment of the Pacific NW. From the start of the job, through the bidding process( which Lifetime came in slightly lower than 2 other bids) into the scheduling mode (and when weather delayed jobs ahead of us, Gino communicated with us that his crews were working hard to get to us). Once the job began, the teams moved in their supplies and took care in preparing our house, and then cleaning up every day before they left. The guys were always here between 8 and 9 in the morning and worked hard all day. The thing that was the most impressive was the attention to detail and to making sure that our house was properly transformed up to Lifetime's standards. There were times that Jose and his team would take pictures of parts of our soffit, or trim or siding that needed extra attention. They showed us the images to get approval to repair, and then they went for it, making sure that a perfect job went down.When siding, trim, a few windows that we had installed, and a new door and entry was complete, then we needed to wait for a rain break to have the painters come in and do their job. That crew was able to zip in and paint in between storms and cold weather. It's done now, and we are super hyped on the final product. We are proud of our new looking home.We highly recommend Gino and Lifetime. They are great!

Scott the project manager is professional in his approach to explaining the cost and how long the project would take. The project was started on time and completed on schedule. During the siding installation(pre-painted Hardie), Scott and Chris kept us(my wife and I) informed of any structural repair that needed to be done in -between during the siding installation. There was no negative surprises. Scott respected our opinions and assisted us to make informed decision in regard to choosing colors. Scott, Chris and their crews are gentlemen that took their jobs seriously and performed beyond our expectation. Now our house looks amazingly beautiful, as a result of Scott and Chris's excellent craftsmanship.

During Scott’s (General Manager of Lifetime Remodeling Systems) initial visit, I knew LRS’d be the company for me to hire to get my re-siding/painting project done right. I found great harmony between LRS’ management practices and my own life philosophy. For example, their siding/painting crews were all company employees (and not subs) and were treated with respect and dignity. I truly believe that a caring management team produces happier employees, who in turn deliver wonderful work results for their customers.I was fortunate enough to have Chris (the Foreman), Juan, and Jesus work on my house. This was such a small crew and yet extremely efficient and effective in executing Chris’ vision and plan for my house. The work covered numerous intricate details and Chris and his crew were always on top of them. What impressed me the most was how harmoniously and seamlessly they worked as a team. A fair amount of the time they worked in 90/100-degree heat and still they carried on without showing any sign of distress at all. Chris was the most hardworking foreman I had ever got to work with on a major project. He was multi-talented and was wherever he was needed at the moment. He was able to meet all my brilliant questions with his even more brilliant answers. Chris was only able to do first-rate work and his leadership and attention to detail were second to none. Scott and Chris also offered me invaluable design advice on siding and paint colors. I've used Lifetime Remodeling Systems for 2 different siding jobs and would use them again! The quality of workmanship is spot on. I love that they do as much as possible in house (minimum sub-contracting).

We had a positive experience with the salesperson, Ralph Steano, when we requested the original quote. In fact, his professionalism and knowledge of the siding product was the main reason why we chose Lifetime Remodeling Systems over A Cut Above. He gave us reassurances that our siding project would receive personal attention on all levels. After we signed the contract and the project began, we did not hear from Ralph again. There was no follow up from our salesperson, Ralph, we only interactions with Gino and the project manager. Ralph told us during the bidding process that they would replace the door casing on the side garage door because it had become rotted away but it wasn't until we stressed and insisted to Gino that it was to be repaired. And, we were told that this was not part of the contract, which it was. It took quite a while before the door and casing was replaced.

I had an extensive re-siding project on an older home in NW Portland. I appreciated all of the diligent work, attention to details and willingness to listen to me with such patience. Gino's professionalism is top notch and he really stands by his work. Most of all, he is a honest person that you can trust. His company and their work equals INTEGRITY AND QUALITY that is not necessarily easy to find. I am very grateful for working with this company.
