We have really enjoyed the process of working with LevelTX for our new home. In particular, Amanda in Sales and Fabian/Manuel in Construction are terrific and they are all very responsive to our needs.

Design
Design - While LevelTx primarily builds custom home, the home I bought was already completed and part of LevelTx's inventory. However, when I walked through the first time, the layout was so well thought put, that it felt exactly how I have wanted to design it!
Home Maintenance
Home Maintenance - As a first time home buyer, it was a huge benefit that LevelTx scheduled a "Home Owner's Orientation" and took the time to walk us through all the inner workings of our home.
Construction Team
Construction Team - Construction team was and is a joy to work with and interact with!
Recognized Excellence - Construction Team
Recognized Excellence - Construction Team - Fabian Gutierrez and his team were amazingly kind and a joy to work with. They helped address all the tiniest details and finishing touches on our home. John Kirkpatrick, Project Manager, went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable and happy with our new home. He was a huge help getting all of the final details arranged and has continued to assist with small questions and concerns after our closing.

Recognized Excellence - Design Team - While we did not work directly with the design team, having about an already completed home, the Level TX team provided is with all the information we could possibly need regarding the design selections included in our home.

Recognized Excellence - Sales Team - Bri Thome was a huge help in getting us into our dream home and working out the details of our contract. She has continued to check in and answer questions long after our closing date. Amanda Pedini was so kind to us and an absolute pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to make our first home purchases special. Including coming to our final walk through, to help and support us, ON HER DAY OFF!
