Left roofing nails everywhere, some weird metal cleats in the roof, that another rep took out after I pointed it out. Sider who trimmed my steps actually kicked the trim in, instead of trimming it to fit, which blew out my drywall. Literal hole in my wall. Someone sided over my hardwired doorbell so now I have to find that.

These comments pertain to the roofing aspect of my project, not window replacement. No issues with window replacement. It was windy on the day of the roof project. As a result, tear off materials were scattered across the yard. I have been picking up miscellaneous tear off materials for weeks. I also found hundreds of nails since the day of the project. It seemed like the project crew was pressed to finish the job in one day and worked very quickly to accomplish that...which resulted in a bit of a mess on the ground. Also, my gutter screens were not placed back in place very well. Again, it was at the end of the day/job and the crew was trying to be done. As far as I can tell, the work on the roof was done fine. I have no leaks and the roof looks good from the ground.

So straightforward in the process, helped with the insurance claim, and everything was handled and communicated in a very professional manner. It was wonderful that they handle everything in-house so you aren’t trying to get bids from contractors and whatnot- they handle everything from start to finish.

Legacy did a good job on the roof and siding. Everything looks good. We had a few issues with the wiring for our home security cameras but everything was fixed and works well.

To Austin who did his best to convince my insurance company to complete the siding. Which they didn’t, but I was good with it. One thing that was difficult for me to understand was the insurance companies explanation of what they were covering. And you all had a problem with it too. But it got done. And finally, and this is important. The Hispanic young men who installed the roof were professional hard workers. Happy to be doing a difficult and somewhat dangerous job. The communication and guidance that Austin provided leading up to construction was wonderful and he came to meet us in person to discuss the process and pick out the options. The paperwork and contracting was smooth and easy and we didn't need to worry at all about dealing with the insurance company. All of that was taken care of.
At my home, I found that while the work was being done, very special care was taken not to disrupt or damage anything on or around the house, including my wife’s beautiful plants that she takes great pride in. The Foreman kept me posted on the progress throughout with great communication and when completed, all of the debris had been carefully cleaned up and there was no sign that they had even been to my property, except for the beautiful new roof, of course.
