Very good workmanship and responsive crew members, from the office all the way down. We are thrilled with the way the project came out. It matches our vision and dreams perfectly.
They are good advocates for their customers when it comes to dealing with insurance companies
Left roofing nails everywhere, some weird metal cleats in the roof, that another rep took out after I pointed it out. Sider who trimmed my steps actually kicked the trim in, instead of trimming it to fit, which blew out my drywall. Literal hole in my wall. Someone sided over my hardwired doorbell so now I have to find that.
There was a problem with the estimate and I never got my awnings installed and never got any help getting things figured out
They did what they said they would do in a timely manner it looks good thanks
It was a really good experience, I just don't have friends to recommend Legacy Restoration to. I did recommend Legacy Restoration to a neighbor, I just wouldn't go around asking people if they need their roof replaced.
friendly service, quality work
I definitely will, throughout the whole process. It was handled and very well done throughout the whole process. Thank you for the great work done.
These comments pertain to the roofing aspect of my project, not window replacement. No issues with window replacement. It was windy on the day of the roof project. As a result, tear off materials were scattered across the yard. I have been picking up miscellaneous tear off materials for weeks. I also found hundreds of nails since the day of the project. It seemed like the project crew was pressed to finish the job in one day and worked very quickly to accomplish that...which resulted in a bit of a mess on the ground. Also, my gutter screens were not placed back in place very well. Again, it was at the end of the day/job and the crew was trying to be done. As far as I can tell, the work on the roof was done fine. I have no leaks and the roof looks good from the ground.
So straightforward in the process, helped with the insurance claim, and everything was handled and communicated in a very professional manner. It was wonderful that they handle everything in-house so you aren’t trying to get bids from contractors and whatnot- they handle everything from start to finish.
My roof is leaking in the mud room around a vent in the roof
They were easy to work with.
Legacy did a good job on the roof and siding. Everything looks good. We had a few issues with the wiring for our home security cameras but everything was fixed and works well.
I'm really happy with the job they did on my roof. They did it fast, all in one day. They were really nice and cleaned up really good.
In my experience with Legacy Restoration, Austin and his team were accommodating. It was a bit of a journey to work with the insurance company, but they stayed with it. It was above and beyond my satisfaction.
They did an outstanding job handling my claim.
There was a leak and they came to me. They are the best company.
The people at Legacy helped make sure my project was done on time, on budget, with great attention and quality. It was a stressful time and the whole team made me feel better about the process and the work. I would happily work with them again.
The whole process was easy and timely with Legacy.
very happy with the job, communication was great
I feel that their process and their service were really good. Everybody was friendly and seemed to be on the same page in completing the project.
They have good quality service, and good communication skills
The work was good and fast and Legacy Restoration treated me right.
I felt confident that the whole project was done professionally. From the woman who knocked on my door and told me that she’d like to inspect my roof. To Austin who did his best to convince my insurance company to complete the siding. Which they didn’t, but I was good with it. One thing that was difficult for me to understand was the insurance companies explanation of what they were covering. And you all had a problem with it too. But it got done. And finally, and this is important. The Hispanic young men who installed the roof were professional hard workers. Happy to be doing a difficult and somewhat dangerous job. I hope they don’t have any immigration problems. I’m concerned that our current president is making a huge mistake by deporting men like the ones on my roof. MikeKnafla
I had several project managers and the ball was dropped a few times. I do not know who Maya Lefebvre is listed below.
