All work, new roof and siding, was done in a timely fashion and the qualty of the work was very good.
I would happily contact Legacy Restoration in future for future work and recommend them to others, but we were not 'Wowed'.

This could not have been easier for us. From the knock on the door offering a free inspection to completion the hardest thing we had to do was pick out the color of our siding. They handled it all, including dealing with insurance.

The reason for the bad review is...from start to finish, I communicated with 3 or4 contacts...they kept changing. Bob could have been the last, therefore getting a bad review. The first guy was a fast talked and things really got screwed up throughout the process. We still have some shingles that were ruined during some ladder work. Communication dealing with the insurance company was confusing and I'm still thinking we got a little screwed in the final bill.
Beautiful new roof! Legacy Restoration went above and beyond communications with my insurance company. Their roofing knowledge really helped out when they met my insurance adjuster for the inspection. Good communication throughout and the roofing crew's worth ethic was excellent.
