You didn't finish the whole job, you guys did the roof, but the siding is still still not done. Communication was terrible.

The repairs to my roof didn't come together the way that I thought they would or the timely manner that I thought it would be. There were a lot of supply issues this year. They did the roof quickly. I went with them because I thought they would do all three things at one time. I waited for the gutter work and the siding and they eventually pulled out of both.

I felt confident with choosing Legacy after talking with Travis. I felt bad for him having to deal with the crew he and I had to deal with.

Tyler Diener with Legacy Restoration is always punctual, always informative, always helpful, and hardworking. The entire time, they did just a wonderful job keeping us in the loop of what was going on and things for the roof, skylight windows, and gutters. We are super happy with their work, and we can't wait to do our siding and paint with them as well. That won't happen until spring. We are just thankful with all the work they did after the hailstorm.

I recommended you to the next door to have their roof inspected as it was done same time as ours about 10 years ago. Roof passed inspection

I had to wait for a lot of things, like the warranty, and I'm still waiting to get the referral bonus. I think they do good work, they just don't follow through in office administration.

I think that the supervisor was very good. The workmanship was good for the most part. My only issue is that the roofers just laid the osb over the existing flashing.
