My experience with Legacy Restoration was not a positive one overall. I think the company has too many players in the mix causing communication issues. It was not a smooth process and I found myself having to self advocate when I should not have had to.
They did what they said they were going to do and smoothed out all the bumps at the end. I was pleased with that.
Thank you, Travis Lockert and Legacy Restoration for all your hard work! In the last year, you have handled two roofing projects for us and both have come out without issue and with great quality work and products. Travis was the key piece to making sure that the job ran on time and helped me understand all of the costs and pros and cons to different decisions we had to make. Travis and his team made the interface with our insurance companies, very easy and efficient. Would recommend him without reservation anytime! Thank you everyone for all of your hard work!
Legacy Restoration, was very competitive, and able to complete the entire project in one day. They were careful around the property and made sure to take care not to disturb outside landscape lighting and plants and shrubs. Their communication was excellent, and their crew was respectful of other neighbors and stayed on task from 7am to 6:45 Pm and cleaned up all debris. The roof looks fantastic.
They referred me to a list given by my insurance agent, so I knew they were going to be a qualified company. They went above and beyond, expedited the process, and worked within my family emergency and budget. The entire team was very nice, professional, welcoming, calm, and kind also the roofing process was terrific and the gutter replacement was top-notch, wonderful, and the quality is great.
They did excellent work!
They were very professional and they left everything clean up. When I had a concern it was addressed immediately.
I highly recommend them.
Legacy did an awesome job on my roof. They were organized and efficient. They returned to inspect their work and wanted me to be totally pleased.
I did recommend to a friend + neighbor.
We were in the process of selling our house. This was made clear when we started with Legacy as well as continued communication throughout the process. However, once the work was done, we waited for the work to be signed off on so we could get the final invoice. 2 weeks after the work was done, we reached out to Legacy to find out what the process was. We explained that the closing on the house was coming up in a week and we needed to get this finalized. We were then told that the company was in the process of placing a lien on the house until payment was made. We were not even given the 10 day notice to lien before filing that is required in Colorado. We had never even been contacted about our invoice. We were made aware that the management had made this decision. A decision that would have stopped the closing on our house. We had to reach out to Legacy to find this out. The money from the insurance company was set aside and ready to use for the payment. Once WE contacted Legacy, we made the payment. We will never use or recommend Legacy to anyone.
The end product was fine. I have a new roof, and it cost exactly what State Farm was willing to pay for it. But it took over a year for the project from start to finish. I understand that there are tons of roofs being replaced, and there's a labor shortage, but a year seems excessive. It feels like any national roofing company could have done this job for the same price in under a year.
Home-owner needs to be on-site at all times during the process including materials delivery... if this is not possible, then I don't recommend because I had damage to my property which I had to personally address.
I would Legacy Restoration for their professional work that was beautifully done.
Great communication, easy to work with, wow. They helped us fix an issue with our solar panel company that wasn’t even their fault. Super impressed. They really went above and beyond.
Very Professional and easy to work with!
My original Service Rep, Ariel Gonzales, was very attentive and polite. He kept me informed during each step of the project and answered my calls promptly. Suddenly in the middle of the project he the left the company. The work continued and the installers were polite and did a very good job. Even though the work on the roof and gutters continued and was done well, the overall project management suffered by lack of communication and unanswered calls and texts. I never knew the status of the project overall or what I should expect next once a job was completed. Ariel Gonzales’ replacement, Travis Lockert, only became more involved, it seemed, when final payment was due. When I discussed my concerns out to him, instead of addressing my concerns in a positive way, he chose to deflect and blame me for the lack of communication. At that point, his attitude was more like, “Well, we are done, now pay up. Up to that point, I was very pleased with the work and the people, especially with the initial project management done by Ariel Gonzales, who was attentive, informative, and very thorough. When he left, the customer service aspect of the project was never the same.
Professional, worked with insurance, timely completion of project. However, still waiting for promised Referral payment.
Professional, efficient, and the work was completed in a timely fashion.
No, I would not. They came to do my roof, and they put the wrong skylight in the wrong place, and they won't fix it.
Their communication is very lacking. I don't know what their administration personnel were doing. It was difficult contacting them. I had to speak with three managers before they could do my roof. The installation crew were amazing. I don't recommend their administration personnel.
We’ve used Legacy twice in last five years. Our experience was better the first time. That’s why we came back. The overall experience was not as good this time.
Would not recommend
Would not recommend them to friends at all.
Very poor communication and timely follow up.
