I think that the supervisor was very good. The workmanship was good for the most part. My only issue is that the roofers just laid the osb over the existing flashing.
Everyone was very courteous and conducted themselves in a professional manner.
The approval process was a little longer than I expected with the insurance company but that wasn't the roofing Company's fault.
The overall process was easy. Happy with Tyler and how well he explained the process and his follow through.
I would give them a ten-star rating. They were very proficient, and he came up to our house, checked the roof, and got Allstate to reopen the claim. Legacy came through and Allstate to apologize.
I have recommended them to my father in law and a couple of my neighbors.

Legacy did a great job on our roof and provided responsive communication throughout the process. They primarily dealt with our insurance company which made it an easy process for us.
Cleanup was terrible -- I'm still finding nails / screws months later. Solar panels still need to be reinstalled. I had to contact Legacy multiple times about the gutters. The roofing crew broke a fence post post that had to be replaced. Legacy installed a new post, but it is not in the correct position so the fence is now crooked. They removed a sprinkler head while fixing the post. I had to contact Legacy to have it reinstalled. It was reinstalled in the wrong place. I will have to fix it myself.
Project management was terrible.
I like the sales representatives.
Legacy Restoration (Colorado) did a professional job in replacing my roof and gutters. In addition to construction work, they handled the approvals, helped with my insurance claim, and scheduled the county inspection. They did the work within the approved amount from my insurance company. They answered my questions and were responsive to my calls. The neighbors commented how fast it was and the inspector mentioned that the work was well done. When I did notice a few nails that accidentally didn't get covered with caulk, they promptly sent someone out to correct the oversight. I would recommend Legacy Restoration for your roof and gutter replacement.
Cole Edwards was knowledgeable working with insurance claim and guided me through the process. Very responsive to my concerns and questions. Site supervisor was responsive and addressed my concerns with workmanship. Crew could have been better with attention to details so supervisor wouldn’t have had minor issues to address. Overall would recommend Legacy.
Marcel was amazing to work with. He was very responsive. His communication with us regarding our claim was timely and his follow though as well. His team took care of documenting and meeting with the insurance rep allowing us to not miss any of our scheduled events. The work was completed quickly. The job was done well.

It took quite a while to address and resolve all the issues with our insurance carrier regarding our hail damage claim. Legacy was quite helpful in assessing our damage and then dealing with the claims adjuster. They offered a number of product options. Once materials arrived and the project was scheduled, everything proceeded professionally and quickly. We were very happy with the local Minnesota crew and its supervisor(s).
